  • 27 year old Solskjaer during Manchester United vs Arsenal 2000/2001 season. If you play football, you'll know how incredibly difficult it is to control a ball coming from that high up, with a man pressuring you. To those who say Solskjaer wasn't a talented player, show them this.

As a pro controlling a long ball should be a must have skill, ain’t it? Of course there’s more to football than just a good first touch.
IMO it’s just a thing that separates a good player and great player.
Marcello or Dani Alves for example, great fullbacks.
    Silvestre, a good fullback.
    Lewandoski Benzema Suarez, great strikers.
    Lukaku, good striker.
