Damn me too, i actually broke up with my bf last year (we broke up because i got new job that requires me to move and live at another country and we just weren't confident enough to be able to hold onto our relationship in a long distance situation) and and i never really cried about it since then. My partner had let me go and we both ended up at a party separately some months. I walked outside to have a smoke and she immediately walked out holding some guy's hand, lead him to a chair, sat him down, curled up on his lap, and they started making out. I ended up sobering up immediately and left. Got a message from her months later saying she never saw me there after a mutual friend told her what happened.

this is even sad for the 'perfect person' point of view i swear. its like you've tried everything to make your current partner happy but it just hurts knowing their soul wasnt here with us. their soul still lingering in the past , making us feel insecure and helpless knowing they're just using us trying to forget their ex ( only here to passing time in her/his arms ) . thats why, before you start to love again , please make sure youre healed or else you will damaging innocent people :(
