🎉I am 88 realize how important to keep moving or stiffness gets to my body. Every one who knows am this age tells me I do not look that age. I believe exercise rest healthy food youthful mentality & most of all God keeps me that way.
I have such a bad hip that it has rotated my spine and tilted my pelvis so much it hurts to walk and standing feels like the opposite leg is way shorter. I will try this when I get home. Thanks Tyler 😊

Going on 38 and I'm a 3D animator so I'm on the computer a lot and literally after doing these both sides quit hurting immediately. Your channel is unreal bro. Is there anything for when you sit down and say one of the knees tenses up and crackles kind of? Like unable to bend towards the glute unless is squeeze and rotate then it goes away. Any kind of good stretches for that if I made any sense of it Lol
Now lunge from that position, with back foot closer to the front foot, and press your back knee straight down. Press up from heel of your front foot. It works both legs at same time.
