Now the layoffs are become a part of the schedule. 5-10% of the worst performance employees are getting laid off and other people get hired instead. I think this is a new ok on the market. Lately our student did get a significant amount of jobs, which means the market is not bad!

On average it's around 95k now. It can be lower or higher depending on your location and amount of effort you will put to during the education.
