It´s not a spanish "Warrior Dance Music", nor philippine spanish folk dance, there aren´t "warriors dances" in Spain, we only dance at parties when we´re happy. This music it´s a "pasodoble" rhythm, translated as "double-step" called "España cañí" an was composed ´by musician Pascual Marquina in the XX century. There´re many popular "pasodobles", search in youtube, and it´s a music typically associated with bullfighting, toreros, popular folk types or towns and cities.
in our school rn grade 8 (im not grade 8) is dancing this. There are 5 people in grade 8 and 2 is not going to dance cuz they said they have a reunion idk. so 2 girls are dancing and 1 guy is dancing 😊
we perform this in our field day and by GOD'S GRACE WE WON....this coming sept 26, 2010 we will perform this @ megamall PHILIPPINES...@GALING NG MGA STUDENTS KO!!!"

Hi yanyo6868, Thank you for taking the time to upload and share this beautiful video with us. It is one of the most eloquent dance videos I have ever seen, mate =). I would love to wish you a giving, loving and healthy year ahead =). Raymond Lai (Dance Fan).
Yes. This is a pasodoble but I don´t think pasodobles are TRADITIONAL Spanish dances, but kind a relatively modern development. Never heard a pasodoble being a "Warrior Dance" by any strech of the imagination. If you want to see Spanish dances type: Jota, muiñeira, danzas de espadas, aurresku, sevillana, sardana among many others. The most common: Jota
Posible de most common is Flamenco but with La Jota are both pieces of music from 'Canarios' or in Italian 'il Canario' Canarie in French, Kanarien in German and it was a Renaissance music and dance from the XV century and came from the Canary Islands. The first Zapateo dance stamping dance. here is an example: ruclips.net/video/ZtDyHrGdp6E/видео.html
Gudam, pls.ko ug remind sa mga cdpsta officers maam, nga meting ta krng 1pm. ang mu attend mao ang mga musunod. All private skul heads, all public skul heads, all skul pess coordinators, district pess coordinator, dean of cordova public college, cdpsta officers. korean cutural dance
And yet the culture that created Flamenco, El Huapango, La Jota, El son Jarocho and all the music and dance of Zapateo stamping did not come from Europe or Asia but The Canary Islands. See this links of Canarios: ruclips.net/video/uUqm_0B6bts/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/qNvGiP_-ccg/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/ZtDyHrGdp6E/видео.html y ruclips.net/video/jh-94sxuduI/видео.html. Canarios existió desde El Renacimiento (ruclips.net/video/0r-2q2rLLH4/видео.html ) hasta el Barroco. 3 siglos! Contrary to lazy and poor historians that do not see beyond their nose and are half deaf can see the real root of all the last 5 centuries music of zapateo.
I guess they were trying to dance something like flamenco or sevillanas (Andalusian dances), but they have completely failed. This dance doesn't seem a "Spanish dance" at all... This dance reminds a mix of classical dance with Asian features or something like this. Also, the idea of a "warrior dance" is very Asiatic (there is not anything like this in Spain). The clothes remind more to Russian folk costumes than to the Spanish ones. The music is a "pasodoble taurino" called España Cañí, so it must be danced as a pasodoble dance. It is not useful for dancing something like flamenco or sevillanas.
Be polite. I'm not insulting you. I'm telling people who doesn't know anything about "Spanish dances" mustn't try to dance them. Spanish people are ofended for this horrible performance.
Performing this Tomorrow! ❤

España Cañí is for Spain as El Huapango de Moncayo is for Mexico, it is what defines both similar cultures!.
And yet the culture that created Flamenco, El Huapango, La Jota, El son Jarocho and all the music and dance of Zapateo stamping did not come from Europe or Asia but The Canary Islands. Perhaps they were trying to imitate the Mexican folk costume from Jalisco.
[zaixega] Folk Dances Around the World You must be fun at parties.
xHASSUNAx You must stop destroying our folk dances
Be polite. I'm not insulting you.
I'm telling people who doesn't know anything about "Spanish dances" mustn't try to dance them. Spanish people are ofended for this horrible performance.
And I'm also sure you don't represent all Spanish people everywhere. Now stop replying.
Whats the name of the song?
in our school we will practice this dance only because annual day
