George Ivanovich Gurdjieff was a Russian philosopher, mystic, spiritual teacher, and composer of Armenian and Greek descent, born in Alexandropol, Russian Empire (now Gyumri, Armenia). Gurdjieff taught that most humans do not possess a unified consciousness and thus live their lives in a state of hypnotic "waking sleep", but that it is possible to awaken to a higher state of consciousness and achieve full human potential. Gurdjieff described a method attempting to do so, calling the discipline "The Work" (connoting "work on oneself") or "the System". According to his principles and instructions, Gurdjieff's method for awakening one's consciousness unites the methods of the fakir, monk and yogi, and thus he referred to it as the "Fourth Way".
Thomas De Hartmann was already an acclaimed composer in Russia when he first met Gurdjieff in 1916 in St. Petersburg. From 1917 to 1929 he was a pupil and confidant of Gurdjieff. During that time, at Gurdjieff's Institute for the Harmonious Development of Man near Paris, De Hartmann transcribed and co-wrote much of the music that Gurdjieff collected and used for his movements exercises and music therapy.

Glad you like it, Kevin. This is a music of a great spiritual teacher, G.I. Gurdjieff. Search for who was he... Maybe it would be interesting for you

Il est bon de croire et de pratiquer la réalisation d'un "rêve" par des actions spéciales qui ne sont pas dans les chemins habituels : ce sont les plus originales et les plus puissantes. Merci Madame.

very pretty piece of art. It's like watching Bob Ross when I really thought the painting was good as it is then another touch comes to embellish it, and it is even better.
in my mind's eye it was like this: The flower first looked like a house being taken by a storm or a nuclear blast, then oh it is a tree. finally it is a flower.
The abandoned house looked so good on the lake finally when i thought then it was a sad lonley house but no it is a lovely full of life even in solitude (once you added the nature details).
It means for that Nature is essential for a life of human and without water or a tree, we cannot be so happy. but even in solitude nature invites us to become alive unconditionally. :)
bit too long explanation but I like to leave a comment, instead of being just observer of very beautiful piece of art like yours!
Keep positive and keep it up. Cheers. 👏
