I'm looking forward to the Triple Threat main event with The Shield at WWE Battleground. So much that I decided to look back at an event that involved one of their best matches against The Wyatt Family. WWE Elimination Chamber 2014 was quite sinful, so here is what I had to say about the event.

I think people hate Roman now because he was automatically put to the top and just was boring with the WWE WHC, also he is terrible on the mic, and has the same Underdog beats The Authority storyline crap that we have seen the WWE actually do it right with Daniel Bryan...
If you think about it, Seth Rollins was automatically put to the top too since The Shield split. It may have been in a different way, but he went to the top as fast as Roman did.

In regards to your confusion of the ordering of participants in the Chamber, it's like the Rumble match: #1 and #2 start then #3, #4, #5 and #6 come out in that order.

The reason we all booed Batista before the Rumble was because everyone knew he was going to win, and they wanted DB to win, but he wasn't even in the match. Hell, if CM Punk had never left the company, Bryan would've faced Sheamus instead of being in the main-event, as said by Bryan himself. So, Punk's quitting was actually a blessing in disguise

I was at this show. The crowd was turned down BIG TIME the crowd was piping hot. I’ve watched it back since and the crowd sounds dead compared to what it actually was.

They hate Dave because it was so obvious he was gonna win the Rumble when he came back, considering there was a guy in the match who should have won it (CM Punk) and the other guy who wasn't in the match but could have won (Daniel Bryan)
The CM Punk chant wasn't unrelated because it was showing how old guys (New Age Outlaws/The Rock) were being put over people who are over with crowd (Uso's/Punk or Bryan) which was punks argument

I was at this show. You hit the nail on the head with each of those sins (minus Bryan as a homeless psychopath). Still a blast to see live, though!
Reason reigns was over in the shield with his moveset is you had Ambrose and especially Rollins to carry him then reigns got the hot tag, superman punch, spear match.
And the reason Batista was booed because Daniel Bryan was the top guy at the moment and the WWE fans wanted Bryan to win the Rumble but had to wrestle against Bray i think and so thats how Batista got booed. And now WWE fans want him back

But even with that said people always hate when part timers come back and get championship roles, look at Rock 1 year prior, his wwe title run was hated by man(including myself) because he took a man's spot who was there full time and then pushed to the side

I want to try and explain how people hated on Roman.
In the shield, Roman was silent, unnerving and a bit badass. People liked him for his dominance, in combination of Seth's high flying ways and Dean's charisma and refusal to give up. When the shield split, Seth stayed with his high fly-y ways, charisma, great technical ability, etc. Dean relied heavily on his charisma, never say quit attitude, and his developing style, becoming a mix of technicality and brawl, focusing more on the brawl. And Roman... Roman had no-one to cover the flaws he had. He, or more specifically Vince, kept on the idea that a monster babyface would be great. It wouldn't. Roman no longer had Seth to cover his functional, if slightly boring in-ring style, no longer had either Seth or Dean to cover his lack of charisma, but was handed more opportunities than the other 2 members combined. A royal rumble, multiple chances for Money In The Bank, many chances to win the title, while Dean made a very good midcarder, looking dominant, Seth had a great Main event run, with his knee injury putting him out of action, and giving Roman a straight shot to the "I win everything, deal with it fuckfaces" John Cena branded route.
Basically, the shield was built to cover each other's weaknesses. Roman's were highlighted after the break up, while Seth's few weaknesses were worked through, and Dean's were also improved on.
Another major problem is that a clean cut pure as white babyface who wins everything (The Hulk Hogan, John Cena path) became a toxic, terrible path. People prefer their babyfaces with a bit of edge, no clean cut pure white Aquafresh branded cleanliness for these fans. Roman was shoved down that path until recently with his feud with AJ, where he became a bit of a tweener, and showed a bit of dirt. Then he was confronted by Rollins, and people cheered on the man who they wanted to be on top.
The final, biggest, most dire and extreme problem was the Royal Rumble. I would say since 2013, ending this year, the rumble was polluted. 2013 had John Cena winning, ruining CM Punk's dreams of wonderment and destroying a potential moneymaker for the sake of Twice In A Lifetime. 2014 was the year Roman should've won, and had the shield stand tall over the WWE as dominant babyfaces, then destroyed by dreams of temptation and jealousy in Seth's betrayal, after he thought he was being overshadowed as the Best In The Shield, by Roman as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Instead, Batista returned, they had to shoe horn in Daniel Bryan to appease the rabid fans who despised Batista. Roman should've won 2014, not 2015. After depriving Bryan of the 2014 Rumble, they should've given him the 2015, and have him at least be bullshitted out of the title by Rollins. Afterwards, Bryan wins it again from Rollins, and maybe give Roman a dominant tweener role in the midcard, maybe win an IC, rival with Ambrose over the title, and they both fight tooth and nail to win the World Title.
I think Roman was pushed at the wrong time, wrong place, Same as Cena in 2013 when he fought The Rock. CM Punk was in the way of Cena, Bryan was in the way of Roman.

The reason everyone booed Batista was because we weren't used to his new appearance. He lost his size, he loses his stamina in wrestling matches, and we all KNEW he was going to return and main event Wrestlemania since 2013. And to add fuel to the fire, he wins the Royal Rumble (and not CM Punk, who was originally planned), and Daniel Bryan was getting depushed. That's why everyone hated Batista.

+Christian Maracle This is how it happened really. People saw Daniel wasn't winning so they bitched. It could've been Rollins or Cesaro winning and people would've called foul. Then WWE made it worse upon Reign's return by giving him terrible scripted promos. And what made it even worse was the way he won the Rumble match which was actually pretty horrible. Then immediately people started calling Reign's the worst of all time, saying you can't wrestle and other things because that's all they say to people they don't like. Recently to be honest Reign's hate isn't even justified anymore.
I think what happened to Roman was that, when the Shield was together, everyone was on the same level. They were a cohesive faction that could take anyone out. who all had their own personalities and traits that made it such a badass team. But when they broke up, we found out that Roman couldn't talk for shit, they made Rollins a little whiny bitch, and Ambrose was just... Ambrose. But Roman was the golden boy, Vince's hand picked guy. It completely took away from the Shield's attitude.
It's the ones that draw 3-6 start in the pods (certain ones I think) and the ones that draw 1 and 2 start the chamber match.

Batista same reason bad booking WWE planned for Batista to win the title in a one on one with Orton and then have him promote Guardians of the Galaxy which would make WWE lots of money the fans did not like that they believed Daniel Bryan deserved the belt after months and months of getting screwed out of the belt it wasn't untill a few weeks untill Wrestlemania that Triple H switched plans to have Bryan win it all

Hey Christian- you make great, amazing vids, and I prefer u to many other youtubers. But, if I were you, I would have one channel for wwe sins, and one channel for your depression videos, and stuff like that (besides y and a). You'll have more subs, because a lot of fans don't really want to see other types of your vids, they just want to see the wwe sins. Other than that u ar one of the best wwe channels on this site. The reason why the crowd hates Dave is because they all wanted Daniel Bryan to win the royal rumble and become champion at WrestleMania. Dave returns to take Daniels spotlight. Plus the crowd like you said later has a hard on for Daniel Bryan.

They hated Batista because he was a part-time wrestler, (despite appearing on Raw, SmackDown, and house shows throughout the entirety of his run) and they thought that WWE needed to give Bryan that victory so he could face Orton in another rematch that no one would've cared about.
Even though Batista winning the match ultimately made for a better story and a bigger win for Bryan. If Bryan won the Rumble and went on to face Orton then the main event of WrestleMania would've been the exact same match that had happened a thousand times over. If they go the Rey Mysterio route and have him defend his title shot at the following PPV, lose it, and get inserted by Hogan or something, then we get a complete rehash of a storyline we've seen already and is completely predictable. Because Batista won meant WWE got creative in how they would add him to the main event scene which lead to the Yes Movement Takeover thing; something memorable and different. And because of all the stipulations added to the matches he had, Bryan beat all three members of Evolution in one night as opposed to just Triple H and Orton again.
Whether the plan was in the works or not, Bryan got the title and they got what they wanted but this still upsets them because they don't know how to let go. And at the time, the fans just assumed things would remain the same instead of giving it time.

Royal Rumble 2014 should break the record for CinemaSins 2 Expansion and break the record man. Think about it, CM Punk working hurt, not getting the Wrestlemania spot he deserved, Batista getting handed the victory as a face, those should be 300 sins, and give an additional 50,000 sins for it being CM Punk's last appearance and pissing A LOT of people off. Please do something like that. It would make us all happy :)

Fans started hating Roman because he was getting pushed out of nowhere, and he was still pretty green as a performer, and wooden on the mic. Plus he's pretty unlikable as a person too, he really can't take legitimate criticism. And as for Batista, well that's because fans were already solidly behind Daniel Bryan, and wanted to see him Main Event WrestleMania as well as win the Rumble beforehand. He was not the same as he was before, he was pretty damn weak-looking in the Rumble compared to guys like Cesaro, and Reigns especially, who looked like a real monster. His new look with skinny jeans, did not look right at all. And it was a case of this old star coming out of nowhere to yank the carpet out from the under the feet of current stars, and especially Daniel Bryan who was a superior wrestler, and far more over than Dave ever was. Plus Batista acted like a prick, he flipped off the audience and shouted at them for favouring Daniel Bryan and booing him when he won the Royal Rumble. He'd only been back for six days. That's about all I've got, but there probably is more.
I think you raise some valid reasons. It adds up.
Roman Reigns' didn't just get a "push out of nowhere". This is a massive understatement. Cesaro coming out in Bond clothes and then tearing them off and doing big swings is a "push out of nowhere". Roman had "THE PUSH TO END ALL PUSHES". You hear it in the CM Punk interviews where everyone in the building is coming up to him and saying, "you've got to make Roman Reigns look reaaaally strong in this match tonight"
Roman Reigns indestructibility and clean victories off one finisher were ultimately his downfall. I'm sure people reading this will have a favorite (non-Roman) wrestler on the card. Lets say it is Daniel Bryan for arguments sake as at the time... that is pretty likely. Daniel Bryan started out in NXT, got kicked out of the Nexus, was Miz's little bitch for a while (I think?) until eventually everyone started to realize how amazingly talented he is. He gets over in a big way, everybody is screaming, "YES, YES, YES" it's blowing the roof off the joint. The underdog story has never felt so real. But even after all that hard work he doesn't win the big one. Instead they're given it to this Roman Reigns guy who hits one punch/spear and walks away with everything. The same guy gets hit by chair shots, supers, tag team finishers, everything, he kicks out like Superman is playfighting with Lex's goons for some dumb reason.
Everybody knows that wrestling matches are pre-determined. They get together before the match, Management tell them, "Okay, Roman has to look really strong in this match and he's going to win" and the wrestlers do the best with what they're got. Roman isn't a technical wrestlers, he's a powerhouse. So all he can do is make it look like his punches destroy buildings or that being hit with a train doesn't bother him. "Make him look strong" over months and months makes Roman Reigns look like he's the teachers' pet. You get to win everything and you make everyone else look weak when compared to you.
"Compare Daniel Bryan to Roman Reigns?!? They're not even on the same level" the outraged fans will cry. They're right. Daniel Bryan, universally loved as we've seen him overcome real challenges. Roman Reigns; absolutely no challenges and wins because the boss says so. The crowd are begging for Daniel Bryan to achieve that top spot because he's earned it and it's the only thing left.
This is where we look at Bootista. Dave Bautista is off doing movies and gosh darnit wouldn't it be great publicity if during all those TV interviews for Guardians of the Galaxy he had the World Championship on his shoulder? Absolutely. The timing is a bit off though. All we've got is Roadblock and Wrestlemania. "I've got it!", they cry from the management room, "have him win the Royal Rumble and that'll sell even MORE Wrestlemania tickets from all those people watching him talk about Guardians of the Galaxy!". Meanwhile all the WRESTLING fans are watching their dreams get shattered as Daniel Bryan is eliminated and they realize their dream of seeing him win the big one are no longer going to happen. Within half an hour of such destroyed vision... Drax the Destroyer wins after having no struggle whatsoever. Coming in after Bryan's eliminated. The crowd are ready to tear whomever wins this match apart... Not your day Davie-Boy.
All of the roster are being ignored. Every favorite you could ever want to succeed simply CANNOT do so because the biggest heels... The Authority are fixing things behind the scenes so only the ones they choose can.
THAT is why people boo Roman Reigns and Batista.

The reason people hate Roman is simple - He won the 2015 Royal Rumble instead of Daniel Bryan, and then beat Daniel Bryan at the following PPV (clean). Before that Royal Rumble story, he was cheered more than any other person in WWE, maybe aside from Bryan. And the neckbeard fans find it hard to let go of such things.

The reason they didn't have the Usos win at this PPV was so they'd have something to get the fans in Chicago to cheer.
I agree with what was said about Batista being boo'd after his ROYAL RUMBLE win in every show and PPV afterward. I didn't think he was 'hand given' it though but I hated how people just ripped on him after his big comeback. Hell I even hated the John Cena PPV trilogy matches that they had (even though I didn't see all of them). Batista gets his legs duct taped in a IRON MAN MATCH and loses and Batista gets BS pinned in the PPV earlier to that one. His third I wouldn't of called foul for since it was a NO DQ match were he gets posted through a car. I feel after his loss in the WRESTLEMANIA triple threat WWE wanted to get rid of him for BS reasons.
Also I was looking for WRESTLEMANIA 25 and 28 but was given 27 and 30 which I watched. Sin 25 and 28 sometime please? I still like your vids.

9:01 well. This was the year that Daniel Bryan's popularity reached the sky limit. So they booed those that weren't DB. Which is sad. They even booed Rey Mysterio. Coincidentally, near end of February of the next year, Rey's contract expired and only until 2018 that he returned to WWE.
