I too throw and fry my curry directly in the oil without mixing in the water. Respect to everyone's method. This 💯 I do it same way the fresh water has to burn out and the meat have to fry back till we see the slight oil comes in on the edge of the pot then add that water to boil. Loved it and thank u for sharing!💞
