Your intuition appears to be valid , Mr Sundar. In my POV , GST is making havoc in India without tangible overall developments. Gimmicks, like Vante Bharat, Bullet trains may not be much help to common man.Entrepreurs moving out of production/manufacturing is not good for the Country. Easy money culture using apps and exploiting "comforts" is also not always good for the Country

This guy makes crores in trading. But the retail traders were loosing heavily at the cost of people like Sundar. Therefore the government has tightened the rules in order to discourage small retail traders. Sundar had threatened to leave india but will not go because he will never earn what he earns in crores of rupees in india at the cost of small retail traders who get greedy in order to become rich overnight.

Sundar can read this fact:
Economic times on 5th May published that during Apr 2023 to Mar 2024, a total of 1,85,312 companies were registered with a collective paid up capital of Rs 30,927 crores.
Every year there will be companies closing and new companies coming up.
So Sundar should be careful before he cooks up any story just because he has to pay more STT now in Trading!!
