Thank you! Yea with more time and more materials it could have came better sure but its still presentable as is and I can button it up later. At the end of the day its a SOUND system first and foremost and it sounds pretty damn good so I am happy.

@@riveralley in my opinion the 3 most important things to focus on are -
      1. The port tuning, especially the rear chamber. Make sure they are about an octave apart for example 20hz/40hz, 25hz/50hz ect. You can do anywhere from 20-30hz on the rear and 50-60 in the front just keep the front roughly double the rear, give or take a couple hz.
      2. The rear port area, too big or too small will really effect performance but anywhere from 4 - 9 square inches per cubic foot works. Closer to 4 will be great on the lows but not very loud, 9 is good for SPL purposes but lack a little on the low end. all depends on your goals.
      3. The construction of the enclosure, it just needs to be solid and strong. Between both chambers allot of pressure builds up especially using high performance subs like zv6s. Double layer 3/4in wood minimum and brace as much as possible.
*Bonus tip- with 6th orders the chamber ratio is also important but to a lesser extent, 4th orders it matters allot more. Negative ratio ie. rear bigger then front can work but is not ideal. Stick with positive ratio at least 1:1 for example: (5 cf rear/5 cf front) but up to 2:1 (5 cf rear/10 cf front), doesn't have to be exact. In summary just prioritize whatever gives you the proper tuning and air space in both chambers making sure the rear volume doesn't exceed the volume of the front.

@ I was thinking doing 10 cubes rear tuned to around 20-24 and then the front would be 12-13 cubes and tuned around 50.

@@riveralley That should be just about perfect. Just make sure that's net volume, 10 cf is probably the smallest I would go.
