  • A performance on the Yi kouxian by Ma Guoguo at the opening of the Beginning Sound exhibit of jews harps, at the Hubei Provincial Museum. The exhibit was based on the collection of Fan Ziye with addition instruments owned by the Museum. This was the first gathering of jews harp players in China.

      People have been listening to the same sort of music for thousands of years...
      Check out the Inuits too. A lot of their music sounds very "technoidal". To the point I reckon the Detroit techno artists of the 90's actually mimicked them...

      3 leaf kouxian, easily available online. The vietnamese 3-5 leaf dan moi sound the same although are a bit thinner.

      i'm betting amazon or ebay got these, but probably not this specific chinese version.

      @@eugene188 the chinese ones are a bit harder to find now, but you can find vietnamese ones online easy
