if you are talking about the paper he ironed on its transfer paper (iron on transfer sheets) then for dean he used freezer papaer, every thing else like for the buttons looks like just plain copy paper! hope this helped!
Amber Miah hey! when you have your image you then put your tranfer paper into your printer then print the image onto the transfer paper BUT depending if it's going on a light or dark shirt (so if u have light or dark transfer paper) it will tell you you if you need to flip the image before printing! basically you need to print it! I currently have no ink or iron so I'm sad LOLOL
nunu her the package will say if you need to flip the image before printing or not! Like the actual iron on sheets will have the instruction as to if you should flip em first. Darks and lights have different instructions so you have to look on the package/paper!
EliChe21 depending on if it's light transfer paper or dark it will tell you to flip it. I'm not sure which one is which so i dont wanna say the wrong thing but the paper will have the instructions on the back!

You can use Acrylic paint as well, but there is a chance that it might not last as long. So I suggest using Fabric paint~
