Why I’m Planning My Transition Out of the Classroom as a NYC Teacher to Become a School Counselor

Hello Loves!
✨I recognize my videos have been sporadic and not “niche” at all. My goal is to alway be authentic and transparent. Therefore, sticking to a niche is difficult to do when I’m wanting to share my current life experiences, interests, etc.
✨In this video I discuss some reasons why I am planning my transition from special education teacher to school counselor. Although I enjoy my job, I desire to enter a field of work that is more fulfilling for me. I want to continue to take you guys on this journey with me as i go through achieving my second master’s degree in hopes of becoming a school counselor.
✨As I am halfway through my grad program, please feel free to share any tips if you are a current counselor or any experiences you may have that relate.
