Everything you can see, you're charged for each one. Too many fees and rules. As a owner, you can't stay as long as you want. And you pay them 40% of what you make off rent. I call this big time pimping.
So, the rates are high. Super high comparably. We stay at other high end resorts with a Prevost H3. We are looking at this one for Christmas this year. $195 a night for the limited layout seems high. Super high. They are getting as much as MCC and Heritage. Heritage has an ocean on the property. MCC is well, MCC. So I wondered what was driving the rates here. And there is virtually nothing noteworthy to look at every day but other coaches.
@@imike0367 I've thought about getting an RV. For a while now. Once I take my emotions out of the equation. I come to terms. If I buy an RV. My money better be long. Why? Because everywhere I go, is going to cost $. When I park. I pay. Where I stay cost. When I store it. I pay 10$ + per foot. Insurance, maintenance, etc. Lastly, $195 a night is expensive.
Things that would be nice to know... 1) Do owners have to rent the clubhouse for an event and what might that rental fee be, and 2) Can you arrange to smoke cigars in the poker and billiards rooms. You reviewed this resort before. It's a very attractive place, for sure.
What an absolute ripoff. Value? A bunch of 1 %ers who have no clue what it's like to work for a living. I think a 1966 Shasta conventional would look really nice on one of those lots. Maybe store some old cars and batteries.
Most of the owners are actually small business people that grew up poor and earned every dime by building businesses and now they are enjoying what they EARNED.
We should start a drinking game for everytime Andrew says very high-end.:)
We’ve been doing that for a long time. You can’t get through two videos without getting hammered. 😂😂
You could also do it when he says, "a lot of value in this."
dirt
20:27 I love he bends his knees when he says “aggressive breeds”
Screw that NO HOA for me

Oh, no cigars. That might increase their carbon footprint.
That roadway is so loud!! Nice place. Did they mention taxes?
How much was Geo lot?
Very nice, tremendous value
Hoping the weather doesnt ruin this place
Wow life style of the wealthy. High end Diesel Pushers. 6400k HOA fee.
The absolute worst 'investment' someone could make. The buyers must be filthy rich. Andrew's so-called 'value' is liability, not investment spending.
$500 per month is sorta the going rate.
Rv shopping lot's to al barsha south tour drive lana pa mejia's house hills
Honestly I was expecting a lot more than $300,000 in that area... not that I could swing it but just sayin...
Private lot
