I wish everyone could start a garden so they could see, the same growth process of plants is the same process of human nature. I've seen a plant go from looking shrivelled up and weak to blossoming, some over night, into something so freaking Beautiful and mind-blowing. I also noticed that once u start the gardening process, u have to keep loving and caring for it just like human nature. On hot summer days, u have to make sure they don't get too much heat exposure and make sure they get lots of water. It only takes one day for them to go without water and they can shrivel up within that day. So, just like human nature, u have to heal from past trauma and even recent past trauma, thru meditation music, positive self talk and self care...lots of other ways can help water and nurture your beautiful Selves! With that being said, I use these words to send lots of love, peace, & light to all Beautiful souls around the world! ♥️💙💋😇

I’ve been struggling with anxiety so much that I just want to end it all because I can’t control it and I refuse to take antidepressants. I hope this works for me. My mind races constantly and it’s scary being so deep in your struggles. I feel like I’m drowning everyday and I’m sinking closer to the bottom. I’m close to giving up. It’s like a bad toothache you can’t take ibuprofen for so you deal with the pain until it’s gone but I’m afraid it will never end. I have a son who’s 4 months old and I’m a great mother especially for someone going through what I am. I just want to be better for him, and myself. I don’t know what I did so wrong to deserve my struggles but peace to all of you. 😇

READ your bible study practice it and get some professional help to go with it. You might need to relocate to calmer environment. Types of food you eat and exercise helps too. This is helping me I feel at times my marriage really is struggling lately and I just try to do right which sometimes makes it worse so all I'm asking for is the divine's guidance to help me fix things inside myself in order to fix things outside of myself. I feel honestly wr wwr with myself because I want to be positive and full of light but I feel like my mind is going against me
I get quite anxious whenever I have an office deadline or the thought of future -marriage, partner or my parent's health. My heartbeat speeds up and I don't know how to control it. This music has helped me to focus on the positive and let go off all worries even for a while. Love and light to all
All I can think about while listening to this is "Compassion". It's so simple and comes so natural. Humans really need to remember this feeling. Our world would be so different if we just remembered "Compassion".

I wish everyone could start a garden so they could see, the same growth process of plants is the same process of human nature. I've seen a plant go from looking shrivelled up and weak to blossoming, some over night, into something so freaking Beautiful and mind-blowing. I also noticed that once u start the gardening process, u have to keep loving and caring for it just like human nature. On hot summer days, u have to make sure they don't get too much heat exposure and make sure they get lots of water. It only takes one day for them to go without water and they can shrivel up within that day. So, just like human nature, u have to heal from past trauma and even recent past trauma, thru meditation music, positive self talk and self care...lots of other ways can help water and nurture your beautiful Selves! I’ve been struggling with anxiety so much that I just want to end it all because I can’t control it and I refuse to take antidepressants. I hope this works for me. My mind races constantly and it’s scary being so deep in your struggles. I feel like I’m drowning everyday and I’m sinking closer to the bottom. I’m close to giving up. It’s like a bad toothache you can’t take ibuprofen for so you deal with the pain until it’s gone but I’m afraid it will never end. I have a son who’s 4 months old and I’m a great mother especially for someone going through what I am. I just want to be better for him, and myself. I don’t know what I did so wrong to deserve my struggles but peace to all of you. 😇

I played this whilst I slept and it helped me connect and see wat It is I needed to heal.. I've been overthinking a situation when it was anger towards my sister and mother all this time i carried deep inside... Hello, I tried to use this to help me with some bad thoughts thoughts anxiety I have been having lately about myself. I have felt better using this and I've come to terms with a few things about myself. I'm thankful for this channel and hope that anyone else can find what they need as well.

THIS is hands down the best meditation music I have ever tried, with its beautiful sounds and powerful soothing music. It has got me through so many rough nights, when my thoughts would just keep replaying in my head endlessly. I can't thank THIS enough!
I am healed and move on from all past traumas. There will be obstacles in the future which I will eventually face but I know they will only make me stronger. I will find my true path in life and I will work everyday to make it my reality. I thank the universe for blessing me with such a privileged and wonderful life and I call on it to guide me through my spiritual journey.

We don't all see and hear things in the same way. When we listen to this meditation music, We are all seeking the same outcome. We are looking to rid our brains of negative thoughts and emotions. We are looking to regain balance and strength. Inch by inch anything is a sinch.
This is helping me I feel at times my marriage really is struggling lately and I just try to do right which sometimes makes it worse so all I'm asking for is the divine's guidance to help me fix things inside myself in order to fix things outside of myself. I feel honestly wr wwr with myself because I want to be positive and full of light but I feel like my mind is going against me
I get quite anxious whenever I have an office deadline or the thought of future -marriage, partner or my parent's health. My heartbeat speeds up and I don't know how to control it. This music has helped me to focus on the positive and let go off all worries even for a while. Love and light to all
All I can think about while listening to this is "Compassion". It's so simple and comes so natural. Humans really need to remember this feeling. Our world would be so different if we just remembered "Compassion".
