I put my thrifted clothes in a large airtight plastic bag closed with a rubber band then tossed into our deep freezer for four nights in a row. This will kill ☠any bed bugs. 🛏🐛

Leah Veal second one but I make it a 3 step process 1) check it out ie feel it in the store but there is a lot of background noise 2) stick loads of salt plus stick it in the freezer 3) wash the heck out of it!

The military pants you wore are Army ACUs and the brownish ones are the part of the Army uniform for when Soldiers are deployed to Afghanistan. It feels weird seeing people wear them for street style now because I'm so used to seeing my husband wear them for work. 😅💜 Great haul! 👏🏽😊

The first “camp” pants were from before the big change over, somewhere after 9/11 (ARMY BDUs). Second print is what most wore after 9/11 if you were stateside (not in the Middle East) the “jackets” are actually the shirts. Military jackets are actually VERY heavy. and thick. I was a military kid from birth to joining. Joined the Air Force in 1993, after I established American residency (military kids are automatically citizens, but not eligible to vote or get residency (when overseas at 18) until they start working and file for residency in the US. I joined and did 2 tours in Saudi (99 & 00) so the uniforms are a part of my heritage.

I had those Fisher Price skates with the straps that go over your shoes, those were the days. My favorite item was the racing t- shirt at the end. I liked the themed haul, but all your thrift haul and styling videos are so unique.

The print is generally dependant on where you're going to be stationed, sis. I was Airforce and we all wore that green one. Once we started being in the desert a lot, the lighter tan ones came out (along with the tan boots) then I think that one you got is for the mountains of Afghanistan or something. It's only camo if you're actually camouflaged, so they switch up the colors and patterns depending on location. :)

Lmaooo some parts of this has my dying because I’m in the military and the pieces you picked up are my day to day uniform. Like I can’t wear it for style cause it’s against the regulations but it’s also weird like wearing work clothes as fashion. Ahaha. I love it how it’s like a fashion piece. The army T shirt is also like the army physical fitness uniform shirt they all have to wear during formation and workouts ahaha

Just Subscribed love your personality the vibe you have and the passion for the style is amazing! The Green, Sage and Black camo is called BDU and is still used in the service but in limited form mostly but the Civil Air Patrol; and some police tactical units.. The USAF uses muti cam and tiger stripe called the ABU the other pants you showed are the Army’s digital camo ACU.. great vids // amazing style //

I’m the queen of baseball jerseys and shirts since it’s my fav sport. I like to mix it with my goth, punk and rave wear. I’m very into the Japanese street fashion thing. I wear what I like very mix matched. I do the same with my thrift things and I watch the type of punk/ goth things I buy.

Both of those are officially prints but sometimes other branches in the Armed Forces use them for different reasons.. The first one is the most recent one, called OCP and the second one is the one used before, called ACU. The most common one that come in a lot of colors is BDU, like the one you showed with dark colors that said Navy.
That top you showed is Air Force, the one that looks like wind.
