Perhaps you could indicate the mileage of the vehicle at the time of belt replacement? Also, the tensioner can be inspected for serviceability while the engine is running- there are hash marks that index the spring loaded (movable portion) and the rigid (non-movable) portion of the tensioner. If there is movement (flutter)between these marks it indicates that the hydraulic cylinder of the tensioner is no longer providing any damping effect and the tensioner should be replaced.
