Living in Houston we do get a lot of storms, I think the news makes us all go a bit funky We loose power so often thinking generator is the way to go, as long as we have A/C let the storms come.
We buy bulk meat and I would be heartbroken if we lost power to the freezer and lost all of it. We do have a large generator just in case. ❤️ you should too!!

Yikes? Why yikes? It’s all shelf stable and my goal was to feed 5 people for 5 days if we didn’t have access to anything outside of our house. That’s 75 meals to have on hand. I couldn’t imagine not preparing for a worst case scenario with children in my home. But some do. And if a neighbor didn’t prepare wouldn’t it be better to have extra food to help out?

Muscle and joint pain, low vitamin D, exhaustion, Chronic fatigue syndrome. If you haven’t already been ruled out for it, maybe do some research. PS: I’m speaking from experience. The symptoms can be seasonal or aggravated by stress, weather changes, pressure fronts etc. wishing you well from Minnesota!

Adjust oats or peanut butter as needed for consistency. You can also add honey to taste Most of the time now we just measure with our hearts.
