Hi Fawn. You are right about v neck and square neck Tee shirts. I like the tee shirt on you .Round neck ones just grab the neck and make a large bust look huge. It does mine anyway. lol. Now then,,, H and M have some longer leg jersey shorts. The type that sweat shirt and hoodies are made from/. Thye look long and tubey but when you get them on they are definitely not tubey. They are actually very smart. I accidently bought a matching set. i,e I had a black hoodie and got two pair of these shorts. I wore the shorts with t shirt and needed a hoody to keep me warm nr the sea and wow. A set. All this stuff will wear with each other and also nice white tee shirts or black. They sound too warm but I went out in mine to the seaside and left the motorhome behind. A bus ran from outside and straight to Scarborough etc etc. I looove the dress. It is possibly one of the best ever. It is a very flattering length. I was just going to say christening and you said it. lolol. A nice pair of small heel shoes or sandals and a jacket or pretty cardy.x
The blue patterned dress is truly very nice on you, Fawn. As you showed us the white dress, I wondered what shoes you would wear with it. Might make a big difference. And I agree, a good full slip under the white dress, I think, would give it a bit more substance, a purer white. I struggle with a body that shows exactly what and how much I eat, and it's a real challenge to clothe. The blue patterned dress has almost a camouflage effect when I think of hiding some of my excesses. And I love the pattern, more bird's wing feathery than animal print once you get it on. Thanks for showing us these wardrobe considerations, and do take good care of yourself. (I'll try to do the same.) Looking forward to more of your videos!
The “animal print” dress looks fab on you. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I also have belly issues in tops so I always look for maternity tops - not the breast feeding type but the regular big tummy tops. They have much more material around the belly. I’m 58 and shopping in the maternity section 😆😂 but it’s fab for hiding the tum.
Hi Fawn, I thought the jersey dress looked good - it seemed to fit nicely, was a lovely colour, and had pockets. The white dress was much better than I was expecting (if you'll forgive me, I suggest that you either wear a slip under it or nude underwear). The t-shirts were fine - I liked the scooped neck. Other stuff wasn't good, I agree. It's good to see you so happy, and I hope you both have a great time, and come back knowing that you will be able to go for lots more trips. Hi Fawn,so nice to see a haul again,i always enjoy them.I love the patterned dress,and with the sleeves shortened,it looked great.Like the white one,but a bit see through.Thea shirts were good.When you came on with the jumpsuit i thought wow,you look very tall and slim in it,it would be great in winter,with the belt tied at the front,it tends to hide the tummy.You could really wear a jumpsuit if you find one that your comfortable in.Have a lovely time away,you can do it,Penny is your little home from home.Hugs xxJean.

I am with you on the white dress, you look lovely in it! If you don't want to wear a coloured belt then maybe some bold coloured jewellery instead? As for the linen trousers I always find them to be oversized so I go a size or two smaller as the fabric tends to 'give' if you know what I mean? Sending love xxx

I agree with you, the cropped trousers are awful, and the shorts not much better. The pattern dress was nice and the pockets are good, I could do without the slits but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker. I don’t wear white either but that dress is good on you. Pockets again 🥳 The jump suit can take a jump!

You have lovely legs, unlike my tree trunks! I always bought maxi dresses and skirts! Now it’s just leggings and tunic tops, I don’t care what I look like any more, just as long as I’m comfortable. Both the dresses look so good on you, good choices. It’s a shame the jump suit top isn’t just that, the top suits you as does the colour.
The blue dress looks fantastic on you - please keep it and buy more if they have different materials. The white dress looks very comfortable but needs some sort of colour contrast, to break it up a bit and connect you with the dress - at the moment you and it look like two separate entities, and it is winning - but keep it as it will work for you. The T shirts - no brainer.

Hi Fawn I know you didn't like the jumpsuit but the top half looked great as did the jersey dress. Why not give a wrap style jersey dress ago. I have several and they are very flattering. I recently purchased a beautiful dress from Tesco in cotton short sleeved with a wrap top elastic waist, flowing skirt in pretty floral. Can I ask why you have to have pockets in everything as this is adding bulk especially if they are in your tummy area which as you say is your friend, a friend that most of us have. Love the blue patterned dress, it looked really lovely on you, and the Tshirts are great. The white dress fits well but I would like to see it with a coloured belt or chunky jewellery to dress it up. The other items were not good! Especially the jumpsuit - last time jumpsuits were the height of fashion (1970's?) I found out the difficulty of using the bathroom! Never would buy one again!

The jersey dress is beautiful and would be perfect to take on one of your Penny trips as wouldn't crease but look good for any occasion. The white dress did suit you, shame about the culottes and shorts. Agree jumpsuits are not the easiest things to wear, perhaps try a matching top and trouser so it looks like a jumpsuit but more comfortable. 🌻
