You will get to use the chopsticks with practice! When you eat sushi you don’t bite into it. You’re supposed to pop the entire piece in your mouth, otherwise it will fall apart 🙏🏼
My friends and went in March . The corals side. We had two different experiences. We had different rooms. They had an issue with bugs, I didn’t. They didn’t like the food, I did. You can tell they are short staffed and some extra training is needed but I enjoyed myself.

The entertainment by the pool during the day was pretty fun! At nights they usually have a themed entertainment show and then there’s the sports bar/club. I did enjoy that so I’d rate entertainment overall at the resort 7/10
I went and stayed at Coral Springs swim up room in February I would have to give it a 4/10 and that’s being a little generous. First off they gave us the wrong wrong 3 people for one bed then it took forever to accommodate us correctly. Secondly the room was very damp clothing in my suitcase even felt damp, fridge didn’t work properly, leaking room by the door and lastly I seen a cockroach twice in the middle of the night freaked me out. Food was terrible and let’s not get started on the beach rocks everywhere pretty much have to wear swim shoes to go into the water. For this resort to be fairly new it doesn’t give off that at all. Pretty resort but definitely needs work lots of improvement.
I agree with the beach, it was very rocky to me. However I had a completely different experience as I said. I went to both resorts & had a good time. I’m sorry you experienced that.
I also agree with the beach and the service they took 3-4 hours after our check in time to give us our room but our swim out was nice hotel was clean food was good but I went in January

I would say it was average. Not packed or empty.
