Hi sister, Yes the most effective shield and weapon which we have is prayer. The protection you get from daily prayer is too much. these evil practitioners hate it when we pray and call out to Our Father and Jesus Christ and also His Holy spirit. Prayers like "God bless the food before me" seem like they are small but the impact they have are soo enormous, these attacks wont get to you. Pray over everything and bless everything you touch.
I don't eat in restaurants anymore because of these horrific confessions lm very picky and l always bless my food and pple avoid eating Indian food African shady restaurants and some Chinese because obviously they pray to their demonic gods first pray my pipo
