Dag and Katarina dive headfirst into the thrill of canyoning in Oppdal! It's time to let that adrenaline surge through their veins. Even Dag couldn't escape a few nervous jitters before taking the plunge!
OBS: If you're up for the challenge, always go with a certified local guide and gear up with all the necessary safety equipment. Brace yourself for various levels of canyoning; not all of them are as heart-pounding as the daring adventure you're about to witness in Festajuvet.

Two minutes into the video Katarina slid down a waterfall and bumped her hip into the rock; even a slow-motion repeat is shown. Was she okay or did she have to be rushed to a hospital by an emergency helicopter 🚁?

there are different levels of canyoing - for families with kids even:) but of course, there are also many other great nature-based activities to choose from in Norway:)
