There's a bible verse that always intrigued me, about a man who wanted to follow Jesus but he have to do something first and then he'll follow (bury his father 'second burial') but Jesus said let the dead bury the dead.. Jesus is saying that following Him doesn't guarantee a comfortable life, but the opposite, that there are things we have to give up in order to follow him- relationships, our comfort zone, the things we've known all our lives. Narrow is the way that leads to heaven.

Muslims already believe in Jesus, it is obligatory for muslims to believe in Jesus. Jesus however is a prophet and not God

The *God Logic* podcast cleared up the claims about believing in Jesus as a Muslim didn’t it?

I believe you didn't hear what they are talking about
Study The Quran and the Bible with open heart and you will understand what they are discussing
Jesus is not Isa of the quran

6:08 - As Muslims, we are not encouraged to claim ourselves as good people; only God can judge us. Showing off one's faith is also forbidden in Islam.
As for the second guy, I'm not convinced he has really studied the Quran unless he recites a chapter from it.
10:54 - Tairi, there's no such thing as "Orthodox Muslims." I don't know where you got that term from. Could you clarify?
(Also, the way he pronounces "Allah" is incorrect.)
12:15 - Muslims can call upon God anywhere and anytime they want. The prayers are meant to unify all Muslims in worshiping One Creator through a form of physical unity and similarity.
13:58 - I wonder what does Christian doctrine say about those who reject Jesus as God?
18:06 - I'm genuinely curious if Jesus looks the same to every person.. (as they claim to have seen him)
23:00 - It's very strange the way you pronounce "Moslim" instead of "Muslim." That kind of gives it away, too.
    Do better next time...

I have read the Quran. Is tiny and incomplete. Not in chronological order. And has plagiarism from man made sources as Talmud sahedren. Cave of tresures. Infancy gospel of Thomas. Seven sleepers of Ephesus written by a bizantine monk ..

      1. Many Muslims claim to be good people and it doesn’t matter if your not convinced; his point was to share how Jesus changed his life.
      2. The word orthodox just means following traditional beliefs. And he clearly has an accent.
      3. lol no muslims cant pray everywhere, they cant even pray in their own toilet, they have to pray to god in specific clothing and language and face a certain way. And even then, they don’t know if their prayers have been accepted or denied. Why lie about this?
      4. If someone rejects God why would they then go to heaven to be with the God they don’t want? In Christianity you don’t need to bribe God by doing good things to get into heaven and hope he doesn’t torture you in the grave and in hell, all you have to do is believe Jesus is God, ask him for forgiveness since he’s already paid for our sins and live as a follower of Jesus.
      5. From peoples experiences around me, they see him as a light. But God speaks to people in different ways.
      6. Again he has an accent.
Instead of being irritated at people for finding joy, I encourage you to read the gospels of Jesus according to Matthew, mark, luke and John, and talk to God and ask him to reveal himself to you and to help you find the truth. May God bless you, he loves you so so much.

IN THE GOSPELS JESUS WAS CALLED A BASTARD AND MAD BY HIS OWN FAMILY,BUT NOT MY JESUS IN THE QURAN,WHO IS HIGHLY ESTEEMED.AND HE WAS SENT TO THE GENTILES WHO TO JESUS ARE THE DOGS!

in the gospels, jesus was never called a bastard. however his family did try to take charge of him one time, because they thought he was crazy, but changed their minds after the resurrection. I don't care if as a gentile, I'm called a dog, as long as i'm saved.

Micheal Rood did an excellent job called “ the chronological gospels” showing Issa in his true family life.
