Great video, thou wish you include Softdisc which is also a good option and is kinda like a Menstrual cup, however Softdiscs are disposable and come in only one size.

I am so afraid of tampons, but try to use them once in a while. I try the smallest ones I found. I tried a couple of times but I just couldn't put it in and it hurt me. I even helped my self with a mirror, but id didn't help me much. I ride horses so it's a bit uncomfortsble and hot with a pad, but still I feel like pads are the best fit for me now. Sorry if anyone felt disturbed, I just felt like I have to share this story.
@@maddiepaints8670 Oh, I completely forgot about that comment 😅 But actually, guess what? It worked! I just had to get to know how I am built with my fingers, if you know what I mean! Turns out, that I can't push the tampon in completely straight, it has to go a bit down at first. And also I need to use a bit more strenght. But you're right, being relaxed really helps! ;)

The SAS thing is some teachers won't let students go to the bathroom during class even if it is something that needs to be dealt with right away like a period.
Well you can have your period twice or just once in a month sometimes, but if you missed your period something is wrong and you don’t miss your period unless your pregnant

You can even use Disposable Diapers as the easiest alternative which absorb alot. Always makes great Period Diapers.
This makes me feel so much better ☺️🌻
