She is so much fun. Plays unlike anything else in the game. If you like destroyer and cruiser play, pick her up.
Loyang has more utility than Elbing.
@vandemonian5412 yeah I just feel like it's kinda close to the german line I'd like to get a unique boat but I do want the sonar from the loyang for sure
You know they've nerfed destroyer XP when... this game is 2700. Lol
