Hey man! Do you have a link to the pin? I've been trying to find one but haven't found one the right size.

Hi, sorry for my late reply. Just saw your comment. Here is the link to the heating/air conditioner actuation panel: www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=CH33-USA-03-2000-Z3-BMW-Z3_28&diagId=64_0656 i don't think they sell the pin by itself but the entire panel is less than $60. Hope this helps.

@@newcavemen6682 Thank you! I drilled a screw in where the plastic tip broke. It fixed it. The panel was over $200. Thank you!

@@AlejandroGHernandezRuiz thanks for sharing your experience. Didn’t know the panel costs $200. It’s definitely worth fixing it ourselves. Glad it worked for you as well!

@@enzzo8627 after I carefully removed the module, broken plastic peg to actuator cable revealed. Drill tiny hole where peg once was, and gently screw in correctly sized wood screw. Screw now acts as peg. You may reinforce using jb weld, whatnot. After that, I recommend never again switching to heat mode!)
