Neither of these 2 methods have addressed my issue. I bought a new microSD, reformatted it. And right after the formatting it disappeared. It won't show up on phones, or any PC/laptop the card gets inserted to.

Mabey sd card accidently removed while formatting?

That may be what caused it. While formatting it, it appeared to be froze....like over a minute plus to format a new card. So yeah I did restart the system thinking it was frozen. That need to make a way where these types of issues don't happen.
