I do too especially on finals so what I do is do the thing that is distracting me while studying. For example, I listen to music while studying or even watch NCIS while studying. Not everyone agrees with this but this is what works for me like really really works for me I get A's because of this. I'm more of a person who just likes to have noise (that I can actually stand) while I study because if I don't I tend to fall asleep but again I just want to say this is what works for me not for everyone

Sometimes it is also important to consider that grades isn't necessarily a proof of intelligence or even knowledge. Standardized tests don't efficiently represent the way that everyone's minds work. As important as it is to be creative in finding new ways to study, the reason we go to university isn't always to have the best grades but to learn and expand our knowledge horizons. I'm 13, I get really stressed out before tests and I study for about 4+ hours too! I think I'm going to try out taking it in chunks. mani mahdian I'm not Jess, but perhaps you could try taking practice tests which you could find online? It would give you a good practice for what the tests will be like and afterwards you can go over the questions you got wrong.

I’m a high school starter and so far I’ve only made very few friends. I am poor and have no time to study because I have to help my family finish chores. I try really hard at school, in fact I keep trying even I’m depressed. I tend to feel envy on others because they’re wealthy and got all the honours classes aced. I was trying to get to honours but I didn’t get accepted because of my records(tardy and absents.). Sometimes I become suicidal but no matter what, I will take this tip to the peak and I’ll try my best to do smarter in school.

Once when I had a supply teacher we were spending the lesson revising and she let us work for 20mins then have a 10 minute break and t honestly helped so much I seriously recommend. Obviously most teacher don't do that however it's good at home.
