I’m a sahm and my husband is a truck driver. I appreciate this conversation. My kids are 9,7,2,6m and recently went to my 9yr olds awards ceremony. I took my younger ones with me (i have no village) and my 2yr old was the ONLY child having a hard time, im talking full blown tantrum. The anxiety I felt in that moment was intense. I had to gather my things in my double stroller and carry my two year old out. Tears streaming down my face because the night before my 6m old was up all night due to teething. I felt like the worst mom that day. I had went prepared that morning with everything i could possibly need but my two yr old had other plans 😂 So thank you for shedding light on these topics.
As a society I think we don’t see kids as people like fully autonomous beings with needs like ours. People treat kids like pets or accessories and it’s so sad. There’s already no community and then you can’t even exist in public spaces. We’re changing it, and we’re raising them to have empathy.
Oh gosh yes!! Please do more fun activities during filming. Y’all are just so funny and it really makes my day to be able to get some laughter out of my hectic day with my little ones 😅💕
I’m most definitely outspoken like paige when it comes to my baby girl. People need to leave the damn kids alone and i agree everyone is so damn judgmental today it’s ridiculous! Love this podcast been here since the beginning!!!
I'm a firm believer of not taking kids to funerals. But my husband's cousin passed and his uncle wanted kids there. He said kids make everything better and make me happy so I want them here and they did make everything so better and made people smile. So I will not bring my child to a funeral unless asked by the family.
I have an autistic child, I also stick up for him and when he’s vocal stimming people get so mad. I explain that he has autism and I kindly tell them to leave my kid alone
Oh my goodness 🥺 when babies/kids start crying on planes. I feel for the mommas/families because. Who knows whats causing them to cry. Can their ears not pop? Is it causing the pain? Are they scared? Are they tired? Do they wanna run? . My momma heart breaks like i wanna help . I HATE JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE!!
And I understand about being the greatest parent before you have kids cause. I always thought I've never let my kids stand in Check out Crying? for toys and food. Now I look at them and think this too shall pass. And grow my son 17.
My son and I were at Academy, sports and outdoors and he was crying as we were walking in. A guy said oh, somebody needs a spanking girl. I followed him all the way through that store everywhere. He went. We followed and I just let Son cry scream and holler and throw a fit. Tell me my son needs a spanking. Get a belt to spank you.

The sad thing is I feel in the US as a whole pets are treated better than children

Great content. If a kid crying, say a little prayer for them and keep going. We all have bad days. Y'all are doing an amazing job with your kids. ❤

Also! She was saying it to the camera AND her teen… so she’s raising them to be judgemental and mean… that’s so sad
I would throw hands if somebody did that to my child.
