- This is the true story of Prince Max and Princess Angela of Liechtenstein. Like Angela Brown, your Prince will come. :-)
Your Prince is the man who will recognize and appreciate the beautiful person you are both within and without, and because of this will treat you with the love and respect you deserve. This special love he feels will make him want to form a lifelong bond with just you and the products of your love (your children).
Angela Brown was 39 years old, and an average though successful New Yorker, and part of those infamous unwed statistics when her Prince came along. What if Angela had settled for a frog - someone of poor character who didn't value her but instead abused and mistreated her with vile words or deeds? She would have missed out on the love of this handsome Prince and would have been filled with regrets.

I am a black American who lives in Munich, Germany (where Angela and Max spend most of their time). As I am quite active on the Munich society "circuit", I have had the chance to become acquainted with Princess Angela (full name Angela Brown, Prinzessin von und zu Liechtenstein) and she and Max are just normal, well-adjusted and down-to-earth people. We bump into each other every now and again at various events / functions and it's always a pleasure! JM
What I love about this story is that this happened to Angela later in life, she was 38yrs old when she got married. This gives hope to all the older ladies that love is still out there for women of all ages.
I would encourage Black Women to make sure no matter what race the man that he respects you and treat you well that marriage to the Man should be a the goal. Never let any Man disrespect you or your race if that happens this isn't the man for you. I love this video the Royal couple and their family is beautiful

As some here have commented, its astounding that Princess Angela hasn't been profiled more for the benefit of the black community. Where are the Ebony, Jet and other black magazine layouts on Angela? Why hasn't Oprah--to my knowledge-- mentioned her?
What Angela has done is a first in the black community. You know how hard it is to join any royal family? It's hard enough for a white commoner, let alone a black one!
Angela's story is definitely a fascinating one that deserves more coverage.
She married into the richest European royal family. They're richer than Queen Elizabeth and all the Windsors... Yeah, THAT'S how rich they are. I love it when all these highly educated, successful, independent women with lives of their own like Angela Brown, Maxima Zorreguieta, Mary Donaldson, Letizia Ortiz, Marie Cavallier, end up marrying princes. :D They are such an advantage to their countries.
Always go for true love. We (black women) deserve happiness too.

Black women need to STOP LIMITING themselves. Love is out there, he doesn't need to look exactly like you, be from the same exact country as you, be the same exact skin color as you...Date for love. You don't need the approval of others to love who you want. There are also: Asian, European ,Hispanic,Indian, Indigenous men out there in this modern more globalized world. The princely family of Liechtenstein is also old school, discreet,refined and not interested in being in the limelight. Princess Angela's name is usually listed as an invited guest to royal weddings, social events and uppercrust gatherings in Europe.The entire family even had a hearing at the Vatican with Pope Benedict XVI. Princess Angela, a beautiful and refined Afro Panamanian woman fits in very well into this marvelous family.

I am from the same place that Princess Angela is from. Some of her relatives still reside in Panama . Her aunt even received an honor from one of the black organizations over there. I am pretty sure Princess Angela of Liechtenstein, born in the beautiful, idyllic, paradise province of Bocas de Toro on Panama's enchanting Atlanctic coast is proud of her black Panamanian roots.

My god-mother haunty who dies in the 80s had the privilege to be burried in their royal exclusive cimetery. This princes are truly loved by their cityzens and the country is a perfect place to visit. I grow up in an aristocratic entourage, both god father and mother are baron and countess, my friends too and i never experienced racism or disrespecting. My parents left ethiopia when the monarch was killed and their friends helped them to settle down in tuscany.All came from noble families.I m happy for This prince couple and the image that show to the world . You would be surprised to see how educated and modern this families are.
