    Just saying 'I am happy' and not feeling it doesn't work. Subconscious listens to feelings, not to words

      Just came to say this. Based on my experience, and reading others experiences, you have to say your affirmations in that moment that you’re genuinely feeling the affirmation. The body knows the truth. 👍🏼

      Good point, however most feelings spring from the quality and direction of your thinking (not unconscious thoughts) which programme your actions. Thinking is in word form as well as pictures. Every word you say stems from your programme, and each word is important. Everything in life is integrated and to increase the quality of our life we need to understand this. Feelings, words, thinking and actions. When we convince ourselves of something through repetition then our feelings align but it must be a commitment and our words must be in alignment with a our true spirit, Love…which is the foundation of the law of the universe. ❤

      This is completely and utterly false. You absolutely do NOT need to feel in order to reprogram your subconscious mind.
      It is not a debate or a matter of maybe or not. It is a fact that you can reprogram your subconscious with much less effort than you assume.
      When we learn to ride a bike, we try repeatedly. Once we get it down, we remember how to ride that bike for the rest of our lives. When we learn our ABC's, we repeatedly repeat them. Once we learn them, we remember them for the rest of our lives. Our daily routine consists of z, y and z. Done repeatedly. You don't need to question it. And you don't. A person spends X amount of hours, repeatedly studying a language to create a learned habit. When you start a new job, they teach you what your role will be. Along all of the tasks you will complete as part of your new position. Once you are comfortable and after having went over it a few times-You are now set and know that routine like the back of your hand.
      When you are raised in an environment that is loving, you learn to love in many ways. That plays a major role in how you see yourself and the world. Those behaviors are gained through the repeat experiences within that environment. When you hang out with a friend often, you begin to say isms that they say. You begin to rub off on one another whether its use of the same phrases they use or them you.
      You do not need feeling to do it. It just IS. It is implemented within us through repetition.
      In order to reprogram your subconscious mind, you must focus on making statements/affirmations that align with the change you want to implement within your mind. Making affirmations that are opposite of those that are negative.
      You do this by using repetition. You do this by listening to that same set of affirmations every night for 30 days. That's approximately the time it takes to gain a new habit.
      The reason for listening at night is due to the fact that your brain is in a state of theta. It is most susceptible to absorb the affirmations you're feeding it.
      During this time you're not awake- therefore your conscious mind isn't able to think things like "this isn't true" "you'll never be good enough" etc.
      Your conscious mind is what you're aware of in the present. Your subconscious is a program of your set of beliefs/behaviors.
      So yes. You can say "I'm beautiful" and your conscious mind will automatically say "no I am not" your subconscious mind has said otherwise for so long that It supercedes the conscious changes you try to make.
      I've used this three times now. Each time I've experienced profound changes within my confidence. I struggled for a very very long time. I cried hysterically the first time because I couldn't comprehend how I was able to feel the freedom I did with a practice that seemed so miniscule.
      It works. When you continue to listen, you WILL begin to notice changes within yourself. I guarantee it.

    What happens when there are manifestations of things we didnt have the maturity to understand how do we get rid of it later ? I was expose to religious programming as a young child and have always had demons and spirits affect my reality its taken a long time to understand why my experience has been so different from most or the fact that the devil that is always inches from deystroying me is only kept at bay by doing things that are very bad for me like drugs .Its a mindblowing. Realization that a child hood traima created a life i cant escape . I live in contridicton to my true self because its ok if people hate who im projecting but i cannot take. Being judged for who i really am .im a sensitive person who feels things deeply im kind thoughtful and like to make people happy genuinly but do you know what that attracts ? Hateful selfish people who take advantage of a goid soul making it hate being good because being good has only broght it misery .i can control the misery by reflecting bad behavior around so theyre preception is not of one easily manipulated but then it makes me the thing i want to avoid i dont lnow how to correct the the problem who i am is not a person loved like or respectwd in my world or environment so to exist there i must mimic them or he devoured by them but its soul crushing to become what you hate for self preservation thats killing u.

      You can be all of those things that you say you are. I can also attract selfish people, but you shouldn't be affected by it in a sense that if you help or give, just expect nothing back. If you get something negative back; just be firm about it to them and don't help them again. Their loss. People are are not nice to kind people just damage themselves in my opinion. Many people nowadays don't what kindness, they want brief episodes of escapism (entertainment of some kind) so they seek people who provide that, even though they might not be the best of characters. When things get really bad though, they'll come looking for you for help. At the end of the day you have to live with yourself, so you should be yourself. Good luck.
