I'd love to have the money spent on graphics for a one-time-use race car!
My thought is that it would be decals rather than paint, but it's sometimes hard to tell from the videos.

Hi yes the track is indeed still open and the next unlimited bangers meet is on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 28TH AND 29TH AUGUST 11AM for the first ever two day meeting
