This reminds me of the rhema God has been speaking to me since September. The beauty of establishing our foundation on him alone. God has been showing me that my foundation isn't being built on him but by other distractions. I love how God wants to take me deeper but it requires me to build my foundation on Him, instead of building it before other things.

He deserves it and we NEED it! I try to fast everyday until dinner, but i do wanna incorporate some multiple day fastings as well! I know He hears me and sees me and knows my heart.
