The Anoying part of Finns character is he was best part of force awakens. Last jedi did nothing with Finn and made him go on pointless side quest. Then in rise of Skywalker his character is shout as loud as possible at rey and maybe he has the force. Who fucking knows!?
Agreed. I mean, he started out as a fricking reformed storm trooper. His storyline had ssssoooo many possibilities as did his opponent Cpt. Phasma. So much wasted potential 🤦🏻♀️
I mean aren't we all in agreement that the Disney trilogy isn't canon? They are just poorly adapted fanfics, always will be. Let's get the visual artists and pair them with actually competent writers, so we can have an official sequel trilogy in the future.
@@Real_MisterSir … yeah but I’m going be honest Star Wars fans will never be happy. Prequels don’t make them, continuation don’t make them happy. Hell, the original don’t make some of the happy. I’m not saying they good but they’re not so bad they ruin franchise… I mean they are just there and something’s enjoyable even the prequels.
@@TheDisneyLover58 I beg to differ. Many Star Wars fans have shown great appreciation for Rogue One despite also being a Disney production - same with The Mandalorian. It's such a vague term to cover behind "fans will never be happy". There will always be a majority and a minority, as well as a grey area in between consisting of people who aren't too bothered. People come to find appreciation in elements over time, sure (like certain aspects of the Prequels). You don't have to please every single individual fan, but being completely daft with writing and character building while excusing your own incompetence with "can't please them anyways so who cares" just doesn't make sense from a professional point of view. It is totally fine having movies exist that are just "okay". Nothing wrong with that. But when you use the world's biggest IP and then utterly butcher beloved characters and stories, while ripping off someone else's work and agendafying a franchise beloved by millions, then a backlash is unavoidable. They had gold in their hands, and they treated it like dirt. You can't market a trilogy based on the world's most famous franchise, and then treat it with utter mediocrity.
Palpatine still should have stayed dead like Lucas wanted that way it doesn’t slap Lucas in the face and undermines the arc of the chosen one which George has said many times Rey is a god somehow who is powerful then master yoda and force ghost should not be able to touch or do anything physical which is why obi wan and yoda couldn’t go and help luke they even said it we can’t help you
About tipping the ship to throw them off: If the gravity is from the ship itself, they should stay on regardless of the ship's angle. If the gravity is from outside the ship (aka the planet they're over), then tipping the ship means throwing everyone and everything inside the ship to one side of each room or down long hallways that become like falling down an elevator shaft. The injuries, mess, potential loss of Tie Fighters/Shuttles/walkers/etc, free-flowing sewage, potential deaths, and other problems should far outweigh simply sending troops to repel the boarders normally, provided you can actually stop them.
Fun fact the ending to this were all the jedi team up is what was originally played before Kennedy and Johnson told the to scrap it because it was a good idea and fun
One problem with force healing, is that one needs to rest. If one puts too much of their own life force into healing a being, they will be drained, and that is why it is poorly portrayed by Rey. Yes, someone with significant force ability could recover better, but Rey did not earn the strength in the force that was just slapped on as plot armor. Alot needed to change for her to getting this power to be okay. On another point, Palpatine could not use force healing because force healing is a part of the light side of the force, and he only devotes himself to the dark. On another point, all the Jedi that showed up would have needed to practice with the force priests to become a force ghost. The only Sith I know of, who could heal similar to what Rey was doing, was Darth Plagueis. He ability to using the force to heal himself, was more due to his manipulation of Midichlorians. Due to his ability to read Midichlorians, unlike Qui Gon who need a device, Plagueis learned to control such organism as Midichlorians. He could order the organism to leave a person, and they would die, or work to keep one alive. Unlike the novel for the Rise of Skywalker, in the legends novel, Darth Plagueis never wanted to use the ability to transfer one's spirit to a clone. He wanted Immortality their his one physical form, rather than a grown copy. Palpatine was able to heal himself in the movie because of force drain. If they wanted to do this movie, they should have just chosen to reboot the sequels, and go with Dark Empire, or choose something else. However, Disney felt the need to just finish the Trilogy that was failing them.
Finn was one of one favourite character from the episode 7. A storm Trooper escaping from his imperial programming was such a compelling arc and they went nowhere with him. I literally hated him in the next two movies. But tbh I liked all films ...they were not great but was fine to watch though frustrating lot of times. May the force be with you.
11:16 Pokemon is actually the biggest franchise of all time. At least if you look at it from a purely fiscal standpoint. But movie-wise, yeah, Star Wars is certainly one of, if not the, most culturally significant trilogies of all time. I don't think this really applies to the Prequels (though I love them) or Sequels, though. Just the original trilogy because of its impact in the 70s and 80s. I don't think it's the most culturally significant *franchise* of all time, though. There are some huge contenders like Star Trek just in the sci-fi genre alone.
This skit is better than the actual movie. Just shows the terrible job they did with the sequel trilogy. The Force Awakens was a solid start, but that still had issues with Rey beating Kylo Ren with no training. Like seriously wtf, it ignores all Jedi lore and makes Jedi training pointless. Training that’s supposed to start as an infant. The only exceptions are Anakin and Luke who started as “too old” but they still had to go through training whereas Rey didn’t go through any in TFA and she still beats Kylo? Then from there the 2 movies after just got worse and sealed the nail in the coffin for this trilogy.
The whole thing with their connection and pulling lightsabers out of thin air brings back the concept of Force Bonds. Huge KOTOR fan so having that reintroduced was refreshing a bit. Wouldn’t explain how to grab anything from anywhere in the universe, but between 2 individuals connected by a Force Bond? More believable.
Kylo Ren has participated in countless battles, being the edge of the sword for the New Order. Reylo spends her life being a scrapper, collecting garbage. Rey kicks Kylo Rens ass in battle......riiiiight. No one becomes great without hard work and alot of training. NO ONE
Things were set up in The Force Awakens, then Rian Johnson knocked everything down and flushed the pieces down the toilet. Don't make the mistake of thinking this was to plan, Palpatine wasn't going to be the villain of the trilogy but then Rian Johnson killed Snoke and didn't bother to leave any threads that Abrams could utilize.
Aurora Just Aurora Yes it was a dyad thing. They could see each other and even glimpses of were they were and then the connection was so strong that Rey manage to pass the lightsaber to him. ( during their telepathic conversation on Kijimi the connection was already so strong that somethings even pass during their clash )
Rey was born with it. Then it definitely wasn’t Maybelline. Unearned greatness is the shortest journey. Finn was a distraction from THAT, or else you’d have noticed 🙃
As a Star Wars fan for years and completionist in general, that kiss almost make me walk out. I'm still working on finding my eyes though...they rolled out of my head and are still MIA.
Guy's if anyone of here is a patreaon member of jaby please tell him to react to kutti kathai from vijay's upcoming movie I've been telling him to react to that for his past 5 videos
Kylo was never properly trained, let's think before encountering Ray, did Ben ever have a proper lightsaber duel against somebody equal or stronger than him and I don't count sparing with other young Jedis and Luke as proper duel. Ben Solo was a novice duelist and novice dark side user. But still many like to compare him to Vader which is unfair to do. Anakin learned his skills during war time and fought Count Dokku on multiple occasions to become better duelist. By time he became Vader he was already a harden veteran. Kylo maybe related to Anakin but doesn't mean he inherited his skills, it's the same way Luke was never going to reach Anakin in his prime.
I have never seen anyone compare him to Vader. And he did have training, it’s fair to assume that Luke trained him a bit and later he got trained in the dark side. The skill gap between him and Rey should be insanely big (and it is, but its in favor of Rey which is a lot of bs).

Hey Jaby, Plz react to some American Idol auditions as well. Arthur Gunn & Garbage Man for instance. Thanks.
Rey....
Rey who ?
REY-VENGE OF SITH !
That sounds way better than Rey Skywalker 🙄
That's the name of her own cafe-pub.
It should have been Revenge of the Jedi/Skywalker instead of rise of Skywalker.

Palpatine : ''Ryan your pitchy''. .
Ryan : ''Whoops''. .
Palpatine : ''Whoopsie''. .
Palps I gonna need you to get alllll the way off my back
Will Parks Don’t worry it will be super easy, barely an inconvenience.
"Execute Order Fall And Go Splat." -Anakin Skywalker
Wasn't it "Palpi go Splat" ?
The running bit of Anakin being overly excited to hear about people having kids is the best thing about the HISHE Star Wars stuff.
“You ruined my entrance Rian!”
*Brian
El Bruce no, it’s Rian. As in Rian Johnson “you ruined my entrance” meaning the last Jedi provided no set up for palpatine.
Except he clearly says Brian in the video they're reacting to.
El Bruce he really doesn’t though

I agree with you. Writers made him useless in 2nd and 3rd.
Agreed. I mean, he started out as a fricking reformed storm trooper. His storyline had ssssoooo many possibilities as did his opponent Cpt. Phasma. So much wasted potential 🤦🏻♀️
Man what a tragic end to the Skywalker saga. This franchise deserves so much better.

When you realize Jar Jar Binks has done a lot more than Fin...
Hold shit you are right
Mind blown, just realised that.

Or that jar jar was better than everyone
Finn should have been the jedi instead of Rey

And? They work for the bad guy. Failure is not an option. If they though it would help them win, they would do it.
Kylo actually stomped Rey on the Death Star ruins but only "lost" when she took advantage of the distraction from Leia
True
I really wish that the Force ghosts of past Jedi should have been included in the movie.
At first yeah but then when I thought about it, the finale would be even more like Avengers Endgame
I heard they wanted Hayden to be a ghost Anaken for that last scene but Disney wouldn’t have it.

The reason that Palpatine wasn't teased at the end of the last Jedi is because JJ Abrams didn't direct it
and that they didn't even decide to bring him back at that point.
