I was born with one eye. My right eye didn’t form in the womb. As a 70s baby there wasn’t any prosthetician hence i only wear prosthetic when I’m 20. Just wanted to encourage those with monocular vision that life is beautiful and we should be glad we can still see. God is good.
I was born with vision only in my right eye. Also had a lazy eye (also had it a bit in my right eye.) wore a patch for years when I was a kid. Had surgery to straighten out my eyes. It mostly worked but they still cross when I’m tired or under the influence of anything. I think it’s so interesting how we see things so differently from people with the use of both eyes.
I have ditortion and image size difference in one eye due to a macula off retinal detachment. Im told im 20/30 but it sure doesnt seem that way. The vision is pretty crappy. Is there ANYTHING that can make life easier or improve vision?

I'm also monocular I have 6/6 in Right eye I have 6/60 in Left eye I'm 24 year old I'm able to do any work of life like playing cricket, studying, driving motorcycle etc. I don't feel that I'm different from other. I get my higher education from university. When I'm going for applying for a job in different places in Pakistan they rejected me because I have weak vision in one eye. At this stage my mind is totally thinking that I'm useless for this society, Im able to do any work with good eye vision in one eye So why they are rejected me for job. I'm thinking why I'm get higher education bcz their is no opportunity for me in this country society, this society make monocular persons beggar. But how is this possible an educated person start bagging, he should prefer to die. Can you know any NGO or firm that work for this type of persons.
