Started with my tween daughter, then my toddler, then my husband lost it... So everyone else got more dysregulated. I felt my heart race, my body shake, and I was about to cry in knew my nervous system was flipping out. I started doing a grounding visualization and then this video came on my suggestion page. It calmed me right down, and the energy spread to my husband who came and apologized, then my daughter did, my toddler settled... All our root chakra calmed and the energy in the house settled. Yes it is a remembrance and the words resonate a certain frequency that is unique and specific to its origin. This was a delightful healing experience. My 1st encounter with my connection to Atlantis came through a past life regression in a shamanic healing integration session over 20 years ago. I was overwhelmed with emotions as I witnessed the fall of Atlantis, I had the sense that I knew it was coming but I couldnt do anything about it. The shamanic healer didnt actually help me integrate this at all. I definitely detected a hint of a slimy vibe from him as we spent a lil more time together. Everyone spoke very highly of him yet at 23 years old I saw him as a man not some spiritual guru but at the time it was nice to being in the company of a kindred soul. After my 1st session we went out for dinner and he started talking about me being his Priestess which I tried to ignore at the time. In my mind I figured he was refering to another lifetime we shared but I wonder how many other women he said that to? I had a very etherial energy at the time and moved on and havent spoken to him since but that has been a significant part of my spiritual awakening and integration.
