Valentina, the creativity and care you put into your beautiful table settings, into your beautiful decor, are a visual welcome … It also says something about your outlook on life: the napkins are on and the candles are lit, so we’re safe and life is good. I always style and set my table … even for something as simple as a soup: cloth napkins and candles. It’s important to let the people I cook for, usually now just my husband, know they are worth celebrating and it that I place an importance on coming together as a couple, as a family. My kids loved growing up with dinner candles, footed water goblets, cloth napkins … even when they just used their jersey anyway and ran off to soccer. Just one of the ways they internalized: Mom loves me. Their friends still fondly remember dinner or breakfasts at our home, too.
I love to entertain and set the table. My grandma was my influence on this, she set the table every night. But I do feel like it is a dying breed. I just love it and I hope my kiddos keep the tradition going 🖤

I have all of my things in the giant Rubbermaid/Sterlite totes in our basement and honestly it's a HOT MESS! 🤣 So any ideas or suggestions for storage and organization would be absolutely fabulous!! I really like those bean shaped glasses because they are so unique. Those would be the ones I'd keep. Love the vases. And that candle with the lid that came in the black box was stunning. Also love the three little bowls on the wood tray. Ice cream toppings, condiments for hamburgers and hot dogs, toppings for a baked potato or a hot chocolate.....so many uses.

We raised our own kids &!/43 raising a few more now so our dining table is rarely available for preset but I still find so much joy & inspiration in your content. Some items might be used elsewhere. The majority are probably quickly returned. It would be difficult to keep them all. Just donated great condition items stored in a 10ft x 5ft space. Took a couple of days to get the boxes, open and unwrap everything, arrange and look at it all, rewrap and rebox everything up properly, take to donation center. A lot of work. No way she has time to store things properly, work, raise a family and do all these videos. Unless, there's an off site storage center and a lot of help...
