Wether you like it or not,they still worked hard. To know the great lengths that any voice actor in anime has put themselves through just to bring a character to life deserves great prays. In my personal opinion it's very one-sided how people make so much fuss for us who watch anime in dub. If the creators didn't want their anime in English then they would not have allowed it point blank.
