Happy New Year John., but condolences on your loss. I doubt that the French two-wheeled community will change their habits as a result of the new legislation. More likely, to be cynical, that riders with foreign plates will find themselves the butt end of it.
Many Thanks and Happy new year to you and your family. Even when the Periph was changed to 50 km/h they still filtered so I think the Minister for Transport realised that it was a losing battle and signed it into law. Hopefully he'll do the same for the CT...
