    Sorry to hear of your loss. Thanks for the info on the new filtering laws but they do seem very complex which does seem the way in your part of the world.

      Many thanks. The French have the most administration of probably any nation in the world. Over 52% of the working population are in some form or another paid by the French state

    Happy New Year John., but condolences on your loss. I doubt that the French two-wheeled community will change their habits as a result of the new legislation. More likely, to be cynical, that riders with foreign plates will find themselves the butt end of it.

      Many Thanks and Happy new year to you and your family.
      Even when the Periph was changed to 50 km/h they still filtered so I think the Minister for Transport realised that it was a losing battle and signed it into law. Hopefully he'll do the same for the CT...
