It is most certainly not an international institution, nor is it "culturally open", as the video falsely states. The university's vision far exceeds its competence in this area, I'm afraid. That said, it is an open environment in a sense that it is a friendly campus, and its acceptance rate is 100 percent, at least the last time I checked. As with all universities, programs here will be hit and miss. Also like other universities around Germany, administrators will more often than not be exceptionally problematic to deal with. One must come here with an open mind, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the patience of a saint.
If you don’t mind me asking, are you an international student yourself? I really want to study in Studienkolleg Kassel as an international student but i have no idea who can give me an honest opinion about studying there.
