Hi , AND THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO, BUT I SUGGEST YOU SHOULD BE ADDING THE CONTACTS OF THE BUILDERS, ELECTRICIANS, POP WORKERS, PLUMBERS ETC TO ENABLE US REACH OUT TO THEM WHENEVER WE ARE IN NEED OF ANY OF THEM.
Please what do you use the space between the burgler proof and the window for? Why is it that there isn't any cil on the inside of the room in almost all the fittings that i have seen. Is it a Ghanaian thing not to have inside window cils?
Watching and taking notes....but the best option is to finish both inside and outside plastering....except the windows which will be done just after the burglarproof have been fitted. Regards Mr. Bright from Bright&Clara's channel
The way you’ve done it is the proper way.. fitting the burglar proof before the plastering gives little room for the dressing of the widow surface, you know where the edges are.. so you’ve done it correctly
But there's always an issue of bonding. And I believe burglars and kick it open because those areas won't be strong enough. I will rather fit burglar proof before plastering
@@yaababy1572 the burglar proof people painted it before bringing it as part of their cost but we repainted it when we were done with the works at our own cost
This is the problem I have with some workers on 🏠 they will take the measurements at the end there will still be a mistake the measurement 😂😂😂😂 GOD help me im about to do my windows too 😢😢😢
@@MzzK-theonlyriraqi, If the doors happened to be blocked by fire then where do I escape? My question was based on security, safety and an escape plan if the 2 doors have been rendered unusable.
@@niiamu3300 I understood your question perfectly. When u live in Ghana the 1st security issue you tackle is to avoid armed robbery and break ins which mostly happens from the windows before you think of fire at both ends of your doors. If you haven't experienced robbery at gun point trust me you won't understand why people put in these burglar bars.
@@MzzK-theonlyriraqi, Am glad I bought in an estate. No bars on the windows. I am paranoid of bars due to some of the horror house fire deaths in Ghana over the years. I guess everyone has a choice to make, the armed robber or an escape point. Lol!
So for escape through window in case of fire is to have one window fixed with the extractable burglar proof.you can also get fire balls and fixed them at certain points in the house and you are good to go.
Looks good, they have done a good job on the burglar bars 🙌
The bar is nice but my problem is I need something that can be opened in case of a fire emergency .....

Hi mzz_k I'm watching from New York City, good job sis keep it up ✌🏽💜❤🇺🇸🇬🇭
Ghanaian artisans are very good but some of them struggled with taken correct measurements.
This is best way my dear....did our same and make the dressing of the windows neat 👌..
Then we're on track
Looking good Mzz K. Good job.
Go with the flow.
they sometime don't listen and just do it their way. The windows are nice.
Typical of Ghanaian trades guys, they wont listen and will challenge you, in the end they will do what you dont like
It's a beautiful Windows my problem is taking the window measurement from the beginning and still get wrong
I understand

Thanks for watching
Is fine job but what i saw was the bar Supposed to get more close to the Walls so no Pinsch Bar can penetrate
🚨nice work ! Which company did you use & did you not have concern about fire escape safety ?
You can make one or two openable but very few people do so and our local building code doesn't work. Will personally do for safety
yeah we should always think about ur safety do not imprison urself with all this Burglar Proof Windows
