Nice clip system. If a board needed to be removed, I suspect the clip would be damaged. Is it possible to simply install a new clip to reinstall the board?

Once a board is snapped in place, it is in there pretty good. You do have options though. The only way to remove a board with out damaging the clip or the board it self, is by trying to slid it off. This really only works if its in a area that it can be slid off. if its up against a wall or in the middle of two other boards, then this method won't work. But if you are lucky enough and there is room for it to slide out, tapping with a rubber mallet and some patience will get the board out. Other than that, you are either going to have to break the clip or the board. To tell you the truth, breaking the board may very well be easier. Taking a skill saw and making a shallow cut above where the clip groove would be and snapping the board, is your best bet. You can then cut another piece to size and replace it. The clips them selves are pretty strong, especially when you have 2 clip heads every 16". But you are also able to simply install a new clip if need be. you can just cut the strip to length and install where you need them.
