Hello. Earthbound fan here. What’s happening at 18:56 seems to be a refrence to a glitch that occurs when checking outside the borders of earthbound’s map. Usually it brings back “No problem here.” but on certain occurrences, it seems to start looking though the actual code of the game to find the text for an object that doesn’t exist and spams a large amount of lowercase q’s followed by Q A Then the entirety of the game’s letters, numbers, and symbols get spammed on the screen a couple times, and the game goes back to normal. Sometimes the game pulls up random diologue, teleports you to random places, (usually Jackies Café) or on some occasions, stacks multiple text boxes on top of each other, making a glitch mess of everything. Probably doesn’t imply anything in particular, but it’s a cool reference.
To be fair, it's more inspired by people's playgrounds. It quite clearly has its own unique features. There are more blatant people playground rip-offs on steam like regular human. workshop.
