- Atari made a changeable Arcade Game System back in 1984. This was called System 1 and Todd Tuckey explains how the system worked on this beautiful restored INDIANA JONES and the TEMPLE OF DOOM we have sold! A\lso, see a 4 player Konami SUNSET RIDERS we have brought back from the dead! PLUS, we get another shipment of COFFEE from a viewer! And SEE WHAT'S COMING UP!
Came for the arcades, stayed for the genuine humanity. Much love and respect!
You're the only RUclips video that shows off the Indiana Jones and the Temple of DOOM Arcade Cabinet Complete...Awesome RUclips Channel!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Played a lot of Marble Madness & Indiana Jones at my local arcade. Brings back great memories from 1984. Thanks for the information as always 😎
Sunset Riders is by far my favorite arcade game. So many good memories plus a really engaging game. I love the theme and the characters and story. I'd love to see more about this one and the other four player Konami games in the future. Thanks for sharing your great content! Keep having fun, guys!
Brian Suda Thanks for replying!
That sunset riders has some bass to it! love that game!
WatchDragon Nothing like thumping bass!
indy jones and road blasters 2 great games from atari would love to have those in the collection . Alot of fond memorys playing those as a kid in the arcades :)
***** You could get one and then collect the kits and actually have all 5!
yes I know but not that fond of the other games just those 2 :)
"Back there we have an Assturds we're working on"
lmfao
Yes...everyone wants their own AssTurds!
Your very passionate about these vintage cabinets and games. I can tell its your life and love working on them.
We love what we do!!
These videos are as educational as they are entertaining, thank you for doing them. People are still impressed with the condition of the Captain Commando machine I got from you guys many years ago. And while your entire team does great work, I feel like Wallace should be commended on his attention to detail.
Broskeeto Thanks for your comment! We all certainly appreciate it here at TNT!! That Capt Commando must have been 4-5 years ago..I don;t even remember it!! Wallace loves working on the games...still at it after all these years!! Keep watching!
Half of the Sunset Riders arcade cabinets I remember seeing had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles imagery peeking out from under the Sunset Riders design.
A part of me is wondering if the game wasn't made to use up access TMNT cabinets.
They also used the same cabinet for Crime Fighters (in the 25" cabinet), Punk Shot, The Simpsons, Vendetta, Turtles in Time, the 2nd Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game, X-Men, G.I. Joe, Bucky O'Hare, Mystic Warriors: Wrath of the Ninjas, Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, Martial Champion, Metamorphic Force, Violent Storm, and Run and Gun: B-Ball Show Time. Maybe I right. Konami wanted to re-use and give the options to arcade owners with different PCB.
Plenty of options for sure with those cabinets!
It looks like your viewership is steadily rising, Todd. Well deserved as it's a great channel for those of us who enjoy the classics, and the in's-and-out's of the arcade business.
dhoerst Yes...we get more and more subscribers...just wish the videos had more views...it seems that perhaps 25% of the subscribers are watching the videos when first published. Glad you like them!!
TNT Amusements Inc I can't say for sure, but judging by some other channels, I imagine that that's pretty common throughout the RUclips community. I don't know the statistics as far as subscriber's viewership, but your channel will continue to grow through positive word of mouth. I appreciate all of the time and effort that you put into your videos. Keep up the good work!
Love those rich FM sounds on the system 1.
I can't believe they only made 160 Peter Packrats! Apparently only about 50 were sold! I actually played one of those units at the Darien, IL Showbiz Pizza back in 88-90. I sometimes think about that game but could never remember the name. It was really tough but I'd always try it once every time I went to Showbiz.
+MPK112233 I played it a couple times back in the mid 80's...thats it!
great work on Sunset Riders. I also find the idea of color coding the connectors an easy way to coordinate them for the correct stick and button setup.
As for the game, it's a good blend of Contra and countless spaghetti western movies. As for Cormano, originally his prototype name was Hermano (which is Spanish for the word ''Brother''), but when Konami showed this to an Italian importer of Konami's games, they suggested calling him Cormano (which is also the name of the town where the import company was from).
figment1988 Yes...this is a good game for sure and remained popular for us also!
TNT Amusements Inc i actually have the Sega Genesis version of this which is slightly different (each stage is divided by two acts, and at the end of every second act, you must fight Simon Greedwell, Paco Loco, Chief Scalpem and Sir Richard Rose), but it does have a shoot-out competition mode.
Sunset Riders is the best game ever of that run and gun shooter genre. That's quite a nice machine there, one of Konami's best ever.
Marc Marta It came out really nice!
I could really see your guys shop on the history channel you should try pitching it to them 🤷🏻♂️
Now that was a fun video, thanks :o)
RetroGamerVX Thanks!
Sunset Riders is an underrated game in my opinion. It's a really fun game.
Riz2336 People have rediscovered it!
peter pack rat is one of the best most underrated 80s arcade platformers!
Majoras I played it a few times and enjoyed it!
Sunset Riders is an absolute classic...Great 4 player from Konami that is under the radar compared to Turtles and Simpsons.
David Serafin Yes...people do seem to like it when they actually find it and try it out.
Amazing work, they must get these for cheap money, because their prices are reasonable.
+Derek Bamford We do spend lots of time on these games making them nice! Thanks!!
@15:46 Love that Wallace!

Lee Bartholomew Orange t molding? looks red from here O_O zooming in maybe eh still looks red. never was much for arcade games except 2-3 and ... well nevermind
Lee Bartholomew It's definitely orange!
TNT Amusements Inc think the video is color blind :) I don't doubt it's orange just it doesn't look it from the video and I have an orange muscle shirt on :P
Awww, Sunset riders, is a great game, but only play a bootleg version of this
