The last three times I went to the hospital, I got out after the 2nd day at my request & had to sign an AMA (leaving Against Medical Advice) because, I felt good. They like to keep you as many days as possible. I have Medicare & I'd say that at least 50% of the people that go there (County hospital) do not have medical coverage. I'm like gold to them, LOL...
Maribn (spelling?) Works so hard and seems happy all the time. Smiles through! I want to recognize her work ethic and dedication to family. What wonderful wife she will make for someone. Not to do all the chores, but a companion and partner. She deserves a wonderful man that helps out and supports her??

Maybe you should reach out for some help to figure out how many calories Dennis needs. It should be a little deficit to loose som weight but at the same time enough vitamins and minerals. A high protein focus is good. Anyway there are people with education regarding this out there. All the best.

It is also good that you do not have more serious complications other than shortness of breath. I would still invest in a home oxygen concentrator if the need arises for you to use one or even a portable one to carry with you. ( Inogen ) is a very good wholesaler of oxygen concentrators and portable shoulder carry oxygen You can google the name of the company and reach out to them to see whether they can ship to the Philippines. It is always safe to have one around. They are American-made medical equipment. They also carry other health aid-related types of equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, canes, scooters, etc.
Brother . I eat 4 eggs a day. Plus 1 can of sardines/herring. I don’t eat 555 or mega . Sardines. I buy the expensive sardines in olive oil. They have at s/r. I am overweight. This helps me. Take care
