Hi Kenneth, like your reviews, thanks for that! How's the Engine 4 in comparison to the Space A40 in terms of sound quality and mic ? Had the Truengine 3SE and lost one of the earbuds, I liked these earbuds, but they were a bit chunky for my small ears
Hi Bro. I have a question. Are the equalizer settings saved in the program or are they saved in the headphones? In short, does the equalizer setting remain the same even if I uninstall the program?

Bro you sound like a native speaker; I thought you were an Asian-American youtuber. I enjoy your reviews; you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work on your channel.
7:52 - how I understand and hear this is that by soundcore app EQ if you move 100 Hz slider it's like you were moving all the frequencies down to 20 Hz (or till the driver possibilities allows) all together with that 100 Hz slider accordingly. Same for 12,8 kHz but hen all the way up to 20 kHz or what the driver can reproduce without distorsion. I guess it can't be different cause the driver possibilities doesn't end at 100 nor 12,8 k for sure, and moving the 100 Hz slider you also hear the subbass increase/decrease. Why they did it like that I could only guess but isn't much of a problem for me. Thanks for this video:))
Not really, these EQ sides will have their own predefined Q factor which is how wide it affects the frequencies around it, and usually it doesn't affect all the way down or up, that's why usually for soundcore stuff when they're really bassy you can't really reduce the sub bass but only mid bass, same with treble extension but this is less of a problem usually But then again it comes back to everyone's preference and need, some will find it not a problem so it's perfectly fine!
@namedkenn This what you are describing that 100 Hz slider doesn't affect the lower frequencies at all or not in the same way I've also noticed by one model and it is the P30i (in Europe). And I would say you can still reduce the subbass a lot but not quite that much as area of 100 Hz with its slider, it doesn't respond with same effectivness. I agree to that in case of P30i. But I also have 8 other pair of earbuds from soundcore and 2 pair of overear and all the others react more properly so while reducing the lowest slider of 100 Hz you are also reducing subbass with quite similar effectivness. So maybe it depends on model but i wouldn't say that in general soundcore app EQ doesn't allow you to reduce subbass because the lowest slider has 100 Hz on it. It is affecting 100 Hz area and also the lower range. In other words the area of effectiveness for the 100 Hz slider reaches deeper down to the left than to the right and is different than other sliders in the middle. Same for highest slider but other direction. In DSP era it is not a problem. Take care

Hi, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know between Soundcore Liberty 4 NC vs Soundpeats Opera 03 vs Fil CC Pro 2, which one would you get for yourself ignoring the price difference factor?
Got this pair for $35 after my wf-1000xm4 started having issues with battery. Here's what I think after using it for almost a month. Pros: For its price I can definitely say that these sounded really good for its price. Sounded much closer to Sennheiser balanced sound signature. LDAC codec is definitely noticeable so its not just false advertising. Really well made and durable. Cons: Not comfortable to use. I don't know what type of ears are this made for but the fit isn't really great (almost step on it while running on a treadmill) Default EQ sucks. I haven't tried Kenneth's EQ but for me bass is nonexistent. Tried playing around the EQ but all I got is muddy bass after hours of tweaking. App sucks too. Tried using it while sleeping even though I've disabled Gestures and what not on the app, sleeping sideways triggers the off long hold gesture. No ANC is really bad because Passive Isolation isn't really great. For $60 its serviceable enough and could probably last a long time due to build quality. Would recommend if you're looking for a decent pair but be wary if you have small ears.
@@Marc-uw7oq sorry man I haven't tried any FIIL TWS so I can can't say for sure on how the sound quality is gonna be. Also to add on my comment earlier, I've been using the Treble/Vocal focused EQ by Kenneth and it sounded a lot like my previous Momentum TWS by Sennheiser. Still lacking a little bit of bass for me (my daily driver is my XM5) but its getting better.

Hi Kenneth! I’m wondering if this is tops over Moondrop Space Travel? Regardless of the ANC feature that doesn’t have on the engine 4, is it still worth it to buy this? I’m more on the sound quality for you info. Thank you!
I’ve compared the Space Travel to this a little bit in its review, but yes this does has the edge in terms of versatility (you can EQ it to your likibg) and it resolves more details too
According to what I've read online, you can only enable game mode by triple-tapping the left earbud... but is there any way to enable it by default? Like when you turn on the earbuds, game mode is already on by default.
Looking for wireless earbuds I want to buy good wireless earbuds no more than 30 dollars. I heard that the QCY T13 are very good option. What do you think? And if you know better options it will be great
Unless i missed it, was there any mention of asymmetric battery drain with a master bud, vs non. I had that issue with soundcore liberty 3 pro's where there was a 20- 25% drain difference and would have to manually disconnect and reconnect earbuds to balance it for maximizing playback time. Does soundcore auto rotate the buds via their software or does it drain the master bud more?
I was wondering your thoughts about the engine 4 to the Earfun airpro3. At the 60 USD price point, I feel both buds are comparable but have different features similar to your comparison you covered with the edifier 240n. What are your thoughts?
just run into this Engine 4 as was thinking getting the Earfun, same question here hope he answers. I dont really believe in EQ-ing nor understand why the app is so important when any media player have EQ built in...
It depends. If you're going to use it mainly for playing music then go for engine4. Plus it also has a solid battery life and connection. For its cons I would say is it doesn't have ANC and the mic. Choose airpro3 if your main focus is calls and features.
Hello just wanted to ask the about spinfit 360 what the size do i need afraid that the measurement different. currently using the smallest silicon tip from the box
hey kenneth .. have you try to remove the plastic grill and the cloth net beside them from the buds hole ? that did a huge improvement for me in clarity and crispiness at high frequencies .. give it a try and im sure you ll be amazed
Hi, just wanted to hear your opinion on something, how much you value cutting edge features like head tracking on a TWS? I mean, considering that these TWS will be used for the next few years, and seeing that even not-so-expensive TWS like Soundcore's Liberty 4 have supported it now, do you think that now is the right time to buy, or should we wait until said feature proliferate into the market? Also, I've been eyeing the TWS market for a while now for high-end low latency TWS that doesn't need a dongle. Currently had my eyes on Edifier Neobuds Pro 2 (still uneleased in global), but if I can let go of the head tracking, this engine 4 is one candidate I've got. So, have you tested the latency for this pair? Is it yay or nay?
ive tasted it on apple tws, and it didnt wowed me at all much (for music) its add a bit imersion for movie but still gimicky to be honest. just buy now and wait a few years until the feature was perfected(tws battery health wont stand that long anyway, u likely wil change after 4 years), theres not much content which take advantage of head tracking anyways ( keep in mind i havent tried the one on big apple headset maybe its more immersion since the driver is bigger )
Hey there! Actually I could agree with the other comment here, spatial audio with head tracking is nice for movies and sometimes watching other videos (Apple Keynotes are some of the best examples), but I almost never use it for music since it feels more distracting more than it adds value (since you're gonna be moving your head left and right, walking around and stuff), add into consideration that it uses more battery as well, I don't see it becoming mainstream anytime soon, and even in Liberty 4 I never talked about it because it's better to listen the "normal" way Furthermore I did test the latency for Engine4, but only added a comment in the video that it's around 200ms (normal 300ms) so it's nothing special, but not too shabby either. Not sure about NeoBuds Pro 2 tho, does it support LC3 by any chance? Because that's the only next big step anyone could take
@@namedkenn appreciate the reply. But eh, 200ms huh. I guess that's a no-go. The neobuds pro 2 also didn't have lc3 i think, but head tracking was the biggest part why i waited for it's launch. Well, i guess the low content for head tracking is also true. Maybe I'll just wait for a few more years and see how it goes.
You just put me to hold, what do I really choose, Soundpeats engine 4, pro mini hs, or edifier w240tn nonetheless, pro mini hs is a little bit cheaper, but I would like these 3 on overall battle, as you said engine 4 might has the best sounding earbuds, but but ldac, anc, and other feature, this is really difficult for me to decide!
hey there, i had jabra elite 65t for about 3-4 years now and its still going strong, but im so fed up with the case and its not great for prolonged use because it makes my ear itchy for some reason that im considering buying soundpeats engine4, i know that ergonomics and feature wise probably engine4 beats my old ass earbud, but im wondering about the sound quality, because my jabra have a really really good sound imo, im just wondering if it will be an upgrade or not? thanks.
I like to describe the Opera05 as brighter sounding which reveals even more detail (sounds like a V shape), while the Engine4 is more on the balanced side
My complaint about headphone review: "alright! For all you cheapos, here's a nice budget option, starting at just 150$!" Not Kenneth though. He knows what budget really means. Thank you, sir.

Just found your channel man! I'm a new subscriber 😊 Nice review buddy, tapi gue gagal fokus ama bhs inggris lu dan public speaking lu! 🔥🔥🔥 Sukses terus brother! 🙏
A dumb question : my earfun free pro is getting old (some abrasions, right earbud drain faster..) but still working. I want just to know if engine 4 is a real upgrade (only in terms of sound quality), or I don't have to expect a big step (so, maybe wait for something as good or more than Eng4, but with more functions)
If it's just that, i would only get an iem, or jabra elite 3 But 2 things, gaming mode and wireless I need both and non of iem with Bluetooth module or jabra elite have both of what i need. For conclusion, just ask yourself what you need first. Then choose later. And for me, if this beats Liberty soundcore 4 nc in term of sound quality and comfortable feeling while wearing, i would choose this with no doubt. Kinda waiting a comparison between them tbh.
i have the capaule 3 edifier neo buds pro planning to buy this next. capsule 3 pro anc is affecting the sound too much edifier neobuds pro is good but i lost my case 😅

Boss. Kalau compare dengan realme buds air 5 pro mana sound lagi best?
In my country Engine 4 cost only 40 usd.... The cheapest Hires and LDAC TWS 😅
Hello just wanted to ask the about spinfit 360 what the size do i need afraid that the measurement different. currently using the smallest silicon tip from the box
Physical buttons are a MUST.
I wear a ski mask every day at work. If you wear a hood or anything like that, its a must my friends.
@namedkenn Which is better Fill CC Pro 2 or Soundpeats Engine4? I'm planning to buy one first week of August.
Compare to fill T1 pro, what do you think?
hey kenneth .. have you try to remove the plastic grill and the cloth net beside them from the buds hole ? that did a huge improvement for me in clarity and crispiness at high frequencies .. give it a try and im sure you ll be amazed
Nice review got them few days ago did your eq but raised the bass and med bass sound perfect 👍 🥛
When will you review the Moondrop Space Travel? Waiting for it!
hi kenneth, after looking at this review i ordered mine for a steal deal of USD27 :)
That is definitely a steal! Enjoy 😉
been considering to buy a new tws, but can't seem to pick one. so would u suggest the soundpeats engine4 or the soundcore liberty 4 NC?
Damn. I'm really fond of this value tws earbuds. I'm interested in getting high end tws like APP2 or Sony WF1000xm5. Lol.
How do they compare to say the Sony WF-C500? or 700n
Great videos well done.
Which earbuds do you recommend for pc gaming with reasonable price?
Anker VR has its own usb C dongle 😅
just for an update. And versus the new soundpeats air 4 pro?
Hey there! Actually I could agree with the other comment here, spatial audio with head tracking is nice for movies and sometimes watching other videos (Apple Keynotes are some of the best examples), but I almost never use it for music since it feels more distracting more than it adds value (since you're gonna be moving your head left and right, walking around and stuff), add into consideration that it uses more battery as well, I don't see it becoming mainstream anytime soon, and even in Liberty 4 I never talked about it because it's better to listen the "normal" way
Furthermore I did test the latency for Engine4, but only added a comment in the video that it's around 200ms (normal 300ms) so it's nothing special, but not too shabby either.
Is it similar sound signature to Sony linkbud S?🤔🤔
Convinced me to order and I got lucky as I just paid 44$ USD
great review
You just put me to hold, what do I really choose, Soundpeats engine 4, pro mini hs, or edifier w240tn
nonetheless, pro mini hs is a little bit cheaper, but I would like these 3 on overall battle, as you said engine 4 might has the best sounding earbuds, but but ldac, anc, and other feature, this is really difficult for me to decide!
Which one is better: Soundpeats opera 05 or galaxy buds 2 pro?
hey there, i had jabra elite 65t for about 3-4 years now and its still going strong, but im so fed up with the case and its not great for prolonged use because it makes my ear itchy for some reason that im considering buying soundpeats engine4, i know that ergonomics and feature wise probably engine4 beats my old ass earbud, but im wondering about the sound quality, because my jabra have a really really good sound imo, im just wondering if it will be an upgrade or not? thanks.
Subscribed. Nice Content !
Thanks for the sub! Much appreciated
Hi Kenneth, great video. Does Opera 05 sound better than Engine 4 or was ANC the only advantage?
I like to describe the Opera05 as brighter sounding which reveals even more detail (sounds like a V shape), while the Engine4 is more on the balanced side
@@namedkenn Fantastic, thank you.
My complaint about headphone review: "alright! For all you cheapos, here's a nice budget option, starting at just 150$!"
Not Kenneth though. He knows what budget really means. Thank you, sir.
When I use LDAC the woofer or treble rattle is it normal for engine 4 to do that or is mine a faulty unit?
Can you compare the Enco x2 and opera 05 headphones?
Hi im looking for strong ANC unit with punchy dance music bass around this price range for gym. Which is recommended! Im looking at the Liberty 4 NC on this video but the other video points to the Edifier W240TN. So confused!!!
Hi, can you recommend something to replace fiil t1 lite? I was looking something around that budget perhaps could go a little bit higher.
I wonder how these compete with the Doner Dobuds one. I wonder if these are better
In terms of sound quality, is it beating the Beoplay EQ, Technics az70, Sony XM4 or MW07+?
for LDAC of engine 4, does it works with DAP with LDAC codec (NON android)? thanks
Do you have new eq recommendation for this?
Bro which one is the best soundstage and clarity of all tws u had review ?
I went to search for the musics you mentioned in your review. Why are they all from 2017? 🤔
Does the custom EQ start from the default tuning? I mean all bands in 0 = Default tuning?
Can you give any tips to eliminate or reduce hearing your own footsteps. Its kinda annoying. Id love to wear this when i go for a walk.
Just found your channel man! I'm a new subscriber 😊
Nice review buddy, tapi gue gagal fokus ama bhs inggris lu dan public speaking lu! 🔥🔥🔥
Sukses terus brother!
Bro what about realme buds air 5..compare it with engine 4
I have Engine 4 but i feel like the sound is not detailed enough. Is it worth upgrading to Opera 05 or the sound difference is not that big ?
vs sennheiser cx or cx400. which one has better treble ?
Thanks for the review. But if the mic is bad and there's no ANC, what's the point? isn't it better to buy a cheap IEM + TWS adaptor like KZ AZ09 Pro?
The point is to listen to music and not do other silly things
If it's just that, i would only get an iem, or jabra elite 3
But 2 things, gaming mode and wireless
I need both and non of iem with Bluetooth module or jabra elite have both of what i need.
