I was wondering your thoughts about the engine 4 to the Earfun airpro3. At the 60 USD price point, I feel both buds are comparable but have different features similar to your comparison you covered with the edifier 240n. What are your thoughts?
just run into this Engine 4 as was thinking getting the Earfun, same question here hope he answers. I dont really believe in EQ-ing nor understand why the app is so important when any media player have EQ built in...
It depends. If you're going to use it mainly for playing music then go for engine4. Plus it also has a solid battery life and connection. For its cons I would say is it doesn't have ANC and the mic. Choose airpro3 if your main focus is calls and features.
You just put me to hold, what do I really choose, Soundpeats engine 4, pro mini hs, or edifier w240tn nonetheless, pro mini hs is a little bit cheaper, but I would like these 3 on overall battle, as you said engine 4 might has the best sounding earbuds, but but ldac, anc, and other feature, this is really difficult for me to decide!

Hey kenneth I have 2 questions if you don't min me asking. What is the best overall earbud under 100 with a airpods pro like design. Will there be a best earbuds in mid 2023 video?
I had to buy this only to find out that FIIL T1 Pro is WAAAYYY... Better! FIIL T1 Pro is cheaper, and with sound quality comparison, FIIL T1 Pro sounds miles better than Soundpeats Engine 4. I was a bit disappointed on how this video was hyped.
Interesting how you came to that conclusion, mind telling me in which way the FIIL T1 Pro is better? Because I can immediately tell how much more detail the Engine4 reveals, how much better the soundstage is, among other things
You are just too used to T1 Pro sound style, it is too different to Engine 4, and yes, tuning wise, Fiil is objectively better (no weird things like the 5.5 kHz dip or 8 kHz peak in Engine 4), but Soundpeats E4's sound is far superior in every tecnichal aspect, it has an amazing resolution and a custom EQ you can actually use, unlike T1 Pro, where you can notice a lower resolution (mostly in treble), and has a useless EQ in the app that seems to be there for decoration only. I have both, and i'm still picking the T1 Pro more often, because of the form factor, comfort, tuning and ANC/transparency
Hi, just wanted to hear your opinion on something, how much you value cutting edge features like head tracking on a TWS? I mean, considering that these TWS will be used for the next few years, and seeing that even not-so-expensive TWS like Soundcore's Liberty 4 have supported it now, do you think that now is the right time to buy, or should we wait until said feature proliferate into the market? Also, I've been eyeing the TWS market for a while now for high-end low latency TWS that doesn't need a dongle. Currently had my eyes on Edifier Neobuds Pro 2 (still uneleased in global), but if I can let go of the head tracking, this engine 4 is one candidate I've got. So, have you tested the latency for this pair? Is it yay or nay?
ive tasted it on apple tws, and it didnt wowed me at all much (for music) its add a bit imersion for movie but still gimicky to be honest. just buy now and wait a few years until the feature was perfected(tws battery health wont stand that long anyway, u likely wil change after 4 years), theres not much content which take advantage of head tracking anyways ( keep in mind i havent tried the one on big apple headset maybe its more immersion since the driver is bigger )
Hey there! Actually I could agree with the other comment here, spatial audio with head tracking is nice for movies and sometimes watching other videos (Apple Keynotes are some of the best examples), but I almost never use it for music since it feels more distracting more than it adds value (since you're gonna be moving your head left and right, walking around and stuff), add into consideration that it uses more battery as well, I don't see it becoming mainstream anytime soon, and even in Liberty 4 I never talked about it because it's better to listen the "normal" way Furthermore I did test the latency for Engine4, but only added a comment in the video that it's around 200ms (normal 300ms) so it's nothing special, but not too shabby either. Not sure about NeoBuds Pro 2 tho, does it support LC3 by any chance? Because that's the only next big step anyone could take
@@namedkenn appreciate the reply. But eh, 200ms huh. I guess that's a no-go. The neobuds pro 2 also didn't have lc3 i think, but head tracking was the biggest part why i waited for it's launch. Well, i guess the low content for head tracking is also true. Maybe I'll just wait for a few more years and see how it goes.

Hi Kenneth, thanks for making this video. I was wondering how does the engine4 compare to the baseus wm03? Both in terms of battery and sound. Which one is better overall do you think?
my first soundpeats & first ever tws was TrueEngine 3SE. but the left piece buddy isn't working anymore & after trying to reset it, now i can't even connect the right piece to my phone. I don't want to be bothered with adjusting EQ hence why i love my 3SE & had been stick to it for almost 3 years. Do you think i can enjoy Engine 4 with its factory setting as it is? Also, i notice that the shape (the part of the earbuds that go into your ears) is shorter than 3SE, is it safe/comfortable?
Unless i missed it, was there any mention of asymmetric battery drain with a master bud, vs non. hey there, i had jabra elite 65t for about 3-4 years now and its still going strong, but im so fed up with the case and its not great for prolonged use because it makes my ear itchy for some reason that im considering buying soundpeats engine4, i know that ergonomics and feature wise probably engine4 beats my old ass earbud, but im wondering about the sound quality, because my jabra have a really really good sound imo, im just wondering if it will be an upgrade or not? thanks.
Hi im looking for strong ANC unit with punchy dance music bass around this price range for gym. Which is recommended! Im looking at the Liberty 4 NC on this video but the other video points to the Edifier W240TN. So confused!!!
If it's just that, i would only get an iem, or jabra elite 3 But 2 things, gaming mode and wireless I need both and non of iem with Bluetooth module or jabra elite have both of what i need. For conclusion, just ask yourself what you need first. Then choose later. And for me, if this beats Liberty soundcore 4 nc in term of sound quality and comfortable feeling while wearing, i would choose this with no doubt. Kinda waiting a comparison between them tbh.
Hello just wanted to ask the about spinfit 360 what the size do i need afraid that the measurement different. currently using the smallest silicon tip from the box
my earbuds are silver I have no idea how u got brown. Anyway I purchased these and used the treble enhancer eq. It sounds better than my pixel buds a that cost me $106 and the battery life is much better but I don't use ldac.
my engine 4 left ear gets easily disconected or no sound. i had to adjust the angle from time to time. after 3 days of using i return it and requested for refund
The SpinFit comes in two pairs, like S/M or M/L something like that, so maybe you can try the S/M ones, and hopefully the tip will fit you better! Unfortunately with these things the only way to try is to buy it (or go to a shop if there's any)
A dumb question : my earfun free pro is getting old (some abrasions, right earbud drain faster..) but still working. I want just to know if engine 4 is a real upgrade (only in terms of sound quality), or I don't have to expect a big step (so, maybe wait for something as good or more than Eng4, but with more functions)
I have the E4s too, and I feel somewhat guilty that something so cheap can sound so good... Planning now to buy the new Technics eah-az80, I wonder if its worth it
Amazing review. I have a question. Would it make a difference if you already have the ability to EQ as I do on the Samsung? It has a 9 band EQ. Would that give the edge to the OPPO then? Also, does the OPPO support LDAC? Last question, how well does the Engine 4 block out sound? Is the seal good? Sorry for all the questions, it just seems like you're the man and you know your stuff.

Thank you so much! Hopefully you'll enjoy them 😁
Do you have new eq recommendation for this?
You can EQ the Enco X2 with Dolby at the bottom of the settings, android only. 8:37
my Engine 4 EQ shows only 6 band despite being updated
what soundpeats app version do you have? and is it on iOS or android?
This or jbl tune buds?
is this better than the Air 4 Pro?
how does the sound quality compare to the og soundcore liberty 4?
@@nico-kw8yt liberty 4 is better. Bro
Unless i missed it, was there any mention of asymmetric battery drain with a master bud, vs non. I had that issue with soundcore liberty 3 pro's where there was a 20- 25% drain difference and would have to manually disconnect and reconnect earbuds to balance it for maximizing playback time. Does soundcore auto rotate the buds via their software or does it drain the master bud more?
Just found your channel man! I'm a new subscriber 😊
Nice review buddy, tapi gue gagal fokus ama bhs inggris lu dan public speaking lu! 🔥🔥🔥
Sukses terus brother! 🙏
now im watching this video with engine4, such good recommendation mas kenneth. and it is my second tws i bought after make sure its on your list!! and sorry at last i subscribed .. keep up the good work and many future awesome video!!
I kinda hate that Soundpeats abandoned AptX Adaptive codecs. I use mine for PC gaming and I have no idea if i will have lag with 5.3 SBC.
how do you change codecs on pc? been trying to use my tws for chill gaming
@@aimanfarhan7831 Most USB transmitters have a button to do that, some like latest creative one have software i think
my request has been granted! good to know that this is a very worth purchase. thank you. great vid!
Hope you enjoy it! Feel free to check out the EQs and let me know what do you think! 😁
@@namedkennwill definitely try! tho I have to wait for my replacement as the left side earbud died.
Gonna save my money to buy this 🗿
Hi, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know between Soundcore Liberty 4 NC vs Soundpeats Opera 03 vs Fil CC Pro 2, which one would you get for yourself ignoring the price difference factor?
hey there, i had jabra elite 65t for about 3-4 years now and its still going strong, but im so fed up with the case and its not great for prolonged use because it makes my ear itchy for some reason that im considering buying soundpeats engine4, i know that ergonomics and feature wise probably engine4 beats my old ass earbud, but im wondering about the sound quality, because my jabra have a really really good sound imo, im just wondering if it will be an upgrade or not? thanks.
I have Engine 4 but i feel like the sound is not detailed enough. Is it worth upgrading to Opera 05 or the sound difference is not that big ?
Hi im looking for strong ANC unit with punchy dance music bass around this price range for gym. Which is recommended! Im looking at the Liberty 4 NC on this video but the other video points to the Edifier W240TN. So confused!!!
Great video Kenneth! As usual awesome video from you.
Physical buttons are a MUST.
I wear a ski mask every day at work. If you wear a hood or anything like that, its a must my friends.
Thanks for the review. But if the mic is bad and there's no ANC, what's the point? isn't it better to buy a cheap IEM + TWS adaptor like KZ AZ09 Pro?
The point is to listen to music and not do other silly things
If it's just that, i would only get an iem, or jabra elite 3
But 2 things, gaming mode and wireless
I need both and non of iem with Bluetooth module or jabra elite have both of what i need.
For conclusion, just ask yourself what you need first. Then choose later.
And for me, if this beats Liberty soundcore 4 nc in term of sound quality and comfortable feeling while wearing, i would choose this with no doubt. Kinda waiting a comparison between them tbh.
@KennethTanaka Can you please make a best phone calling “NECKBAND” video because I would like to buy one. Thanks
Love u bro your EQ is orgasmic🥵
Hahaha man I'm glad to hear that 🤣
Hello just wanted to ask the about spinfit 360 what the size do i need afraid that the measurement different. currently using the smallest silicon tip from the box
my earbuds are silver I have no idea how u got brown. Anyway I purchased these and used the treble enhancer eq. It sounds better than my pixel buds a that cost me $106 and the battery life is much better but I don't use ldac.
I went to search for the musics you mentioned in your review. Why are they all from 2017? 🤔
When I use LDAC the woofer or treble rattle is it normal for engine 4 to do that or is mine a faulty unit?
Is it similar sound signature to Sony linkbud S?🤔🤔
my engine 4 left ear gets easily disconected or no sound. i had to adjust the angle from time to time. after 3 days of using i return it and requested for refund
i got this earbud but eartip doesnt fit that good, what spinfit size to get? M is bad, S feels better but still feels weird
The SpinFit comes in two pairs, like S/M or M/L something like that, so maybe you can try the S/M ones, and hopefully the tip will fit you better! Unfortunately with these things the only way to try is to buy it (or go to a shop if there's any)
@@namedkenn yeah the price also like 1/3 of the tws price in indonesia 🥲
topic aside though, blon bl-01 a $20 iem sounds better than a $250 beats pro! blon can reach deeper bass in high volumes than the beats pro.
man...i'm really confused about which IEM sounds best under 80?
I watched your video and confused....if you have to pick one what it would be?
What size of CP 360 eartips do you use for engine 4? Ty
It’s M/L but I think I use the L one
A dumb question : my earfun free pro is getting old (some abrasions, right earbud drain faster..) but still working. I want just to know if engine 4 is a real upgrade (only in terms of sound quality), or I don't have to expect a big step (so, maybe wait for something as good or more than Eng4, but with more functions)
for LDAC of engine 4, does it works with DAP with LDAC codec (NON android)? thanks
I have the E4s too, and I feel somewhat guilty that something so cheap can sound so good... Planning now to buy the new Technics eah-az80, I wonder if its worth it
got mine for onley $37 cuz of big discountS :DDD
Haha that's great enjoy man!
@@namedkenn yeah. they are yet to arrive
In terms of sound quality, is it beating the Beoplay EQ, Technics az70, Sony XM4 or MW07+?
Best bluetooth earphones'mic under 30$?
Please which one is better ( oppo enco X2 ) or ( oneplus buds pro 2 ) ?
Louder, sound details and clarity..etc.
Does the custom EQ start from the default tuning? I mean all bands in 0 = Default tuning?
Boss. Kalau compare dengan realme buds air 5 pro mana sound lagi best?
Boss , if u got time can review soundpeat air 4 pro 😁
@namedkenn Which is better Fill CC Pro 2 or Soundpeats Engine4? I'm planning to buy one first week of August.
lagi nyari pengganti sonic pro, kayanya yg ini bakal cocok. thanks pak reviewnya!
Bro what about realme buds air 5..compare it with engine 4
When will you review the Moondrop Space Travel? Waiting for it!
Just subscribed. Do you have video comparing Engine4 + Sonic?
