That’s actually a valid question and I think it is going to be even more important in the future since AI is developing very fast. I feel like there will be laws setting boundaries to these kinds of use. Since the creator of this study video doesn‘t seem to try to grab on a lot of likes or fame and just wants to motivate a small circle of students, I feel like it is not unethical. It’s only fair that the creator flaggs it as AI. But I see your thought behind the question! If someone would use the voice and appearance of someone else for generating content and a lot of likes and attention, it would be severely wrong and a harm of the original persons personal rights.
