the Bird / Kinetic Installation with TouchDesigner and Arduino

We keep pushing the boundaries of our own exploration in the kinetic installation field. One of our latest creations is a kinetic metal bird. Using Touchdesigner and Arduino as main tools we are bringing life to static objects. This bird as a symbol of freedom also represents our love for nature, it gives us not only visual satisfaction but also an interactive feeling. We can pet her we can play with her and she will answer.
Using metal as the main material we created a minimalistic look for her, but at the same time, she looks stunning.
Either indoor or outdoor, the hand-made installation questions the perception of the observer. The dynamic movement of our bird which can be controlled by humans gives the observer some space for his own imagination.
