For some reason these singalong videos make me feel awesome. It must be that you're blasting the music so everyone outside can hear it. you should open the windows and sunroof and crank up the tunes real loud. or get a strong FM transmitter and show the frequency in your windows and other drivers can tune in and jam along with you.

The song is originally made by the band Blue Swede. From what you can tell by the name, the band was from Sweden, and therefore the "ooga-chaka" was probably meant to be a funny, viking-ish way of singing. There's even been a cover made of this song by David Hasselhoff.
