judo question, how can i get the achievement for 5000 battles won in this system its hard enough to win defence its even harder doing so without sacrificing the loot you need. if its capped the chances of getting that achievement is going to take another 10 years if not longer. help!
I honestly don't understand why they changed them edit: Apparently the Clan Capital still uses the original leagues, but for how much longer is anyone's guess.
Gotta love how COC has survived for so long and still has so many active players. It's not normal for a game like coc to stay for long because of its static nature. A lot of people usually prefer fast paced gaming. But coc and stood it's ground solely through change and good devs who listen to feedback.

Well coc is like a mini game so it works. For me there r many times where i have like 5 mins or so and other good games like pubg or mlbb or cod requires like upto 20-30 mins per match and u cant quit in between. Coc can both be played for hours and also for minutes. And that for me is the best feature of this game
@TheNAF13 fast paced doesnt mean competitive tho.. most people just like faster progress, as in not having to wait 2 weeks for something to finish. most other grindy while still casual games dont even have a fraction of that wait time for stuff to finish or for u to make progress
I have played many other games. many of them cost 10 times more for their monthly passes, like $30 us dollars. in COC if I get a discount it only cost $3. and in those games, you just can't play it without paying for that pass at least once in a few months. yet, I have seen people complaining about Super cell being greedy. I'm like, are you sure you're NOT the one who is greedy here?
I have the same feeling about this that I had about COD when supposed SBMM was put it but it ended up a manipulation system thisll be the same with time and this game will crash
The only thing I don’t really like is that the league names are all gone. Bronze/Silver/Gold/ect. were all very clear in their order of ascension but P.E.K.K.A vs Dragon doesn’t really tell you which one is a higher league at all. I like the symbols they’re very cool but it’s a little sad that the old league badges are just gone entirely. It loses the synergy with the CWL skins too.
The same could be said with the current system. Someone unfamiliar with the system may find it difficult to know which are higher (Masters, Titan, Champion, Crystal, Legend). It’ll take time
One big thing from the league floor for your town hall is that this update makes it impossible to stay at lower leagues to get the Unbreakable (5000 defenses) achievement now. Makes an already difficult achievement even harder to get
I played on and off for like 10 years and have been in legends multiple times (highest is like 5900 trophies) and it wasn't anything Special honestly but the bonus from legends was nice.
REALLY??? I’m currently art TH14, and I can’t climb up to 6100+ lmfao… I rarely get Three stars, like only once per tournament I get like 1 to 2 TH14 bases, and the defense almost all of them are 3 stars 😢
The more these new things come, the more I feel bad for losing that nostalgia, where it all came from, it can not be matched, no matter what is the new update
I think this is the right direction moving forward. There’s a few inconsistencies with the current ranked mode (e.g. needing to purposely drop down from Legend’s League to farm), which doesn’t suit being able to Clash Anytime. Nostalgia aside, this is the right call.
From a competitive standpoint, this is a very good upgrade. But this will make it increasingly difficult for you to upgrade multiple heroes at once even if you wanted to.
Yes I agree, as well as the ores in star bonuses. Most players will be migrated much below the current legend league because of TH level and will take ages to build up back to the ore bonuses we are getting now in legends/fake legends. I almost expect it won’t be possible to push up as high from lower THs to even get that much loot but that remains to be seen. The hero upgrades is also frustrating as I often have 2-3 heroes down at all times except for CWL because I can keep my spot in fake legends without them but can’t 3 star consistently without them. It may end up not being so bad but I remain cautious that the grind will be a bit more intense now.
Rush to the highest th and enjoy the minimum league (electro titan) while upgrading them no stop to max. It's looking like the only way. If someone has a better idea...
U forgot he said that we can choose not to sign up for 1 week which is enuf for upgrading heroes. Imo this is better becuz we dont need to be tensed when our heroes are down for some days. Supercell is smart
Amazing how the game always find a game to never be outdated, removing training times, re working battle mode, new amazing skins, so many years since it came out and it still doesn't feel old
As a th17 who hated spending 30+ minutes dropping in order to farm, I got super burnt out. But being able to truly clash anytime without worry about legends league, I am so HAPPY they went about this in the most noob friendly way possible. I can play, level up my heroes and just finally play the game without ever having to worry about the trophies or league I was in.
0:50 in and I’m already pumped! As someone who has been spending the last five months or so skirting around legends league, I am so ready for this change. Sometimes it’s fun to challenge myself to a legends league, but normally I just like to attack for loot. And dropping trophies is annoying especially with the new trophy setup
Under Legends league no, you can skip a week without getting demoted, but if you skip 2 weeks you Will get demoted, as far as Legends league either you don't sign up or you get a shield
From a nostalgia perspective I'm really going to miss hitting the now old Legends League, I hit it for the first time earlier this year after having the same account for almost 10 years and its a moment I'll never forget although splitting the system into casual battles and ranked battles does seem for the better in the long run. I’m a th 14 who put a good amount of effort in reaching legends league. So now ur saying I’m just gonna get dropped to some mediocre league because I’m going to be matched against th 17s. I also don’t like the names of the leagues. Titan sounds better than pekka. Kinda of dealbreaker for playing this game for me.
Yeah I was under the impression that that the matchmaking would be TH specific. Why have a TH leaderboard if you’re still going to unfairly match players with higher opponents.
Finally, the wait is over but there’s no harm in introducing a third base. We already have two bases in Legends: one for showcase and one for actual attacks. So, extending the same system to include a loot base and a showcase base makes sense. Showcase bases are where players truly get creative, and that creativity shouldn’t fade away. Having three separate bases, one for Legends, one for looting, and one as your home village for visitors, would be ideal.

Now its every week hustle just to rank up. Lets not talk about recently upgraded th with low level heroes they are doomed. Its better to make tournaments optional bro. I do agree though that maybe instead of troop names, they could have went with a similar system as our current one but with more discernable names (like in BB) but maybe we will get used to it.
I think this is just a brutal stab for all the rushed players out there Like imagine them having offense and defense (equivalent to ) th 11 and them being th 14(say) then they are basically stuck untill they fix their base

I wish they kept the old ranking system (Bronze to Legend) symbolically for the Farming mode. There will be regular trophies that we have now, and it wouldn’t mean anything pretty much like XP in COC doesn’t mean anything, but rather purely as a symbolic thing. To keep its legacy (and to keep that one achievement)

Before the update my trophy count was 5120 after starting current update. However after the update my trophy count is 0 and demoted to titan 33.
